Where you have Somali residents, you have fraud. That’s what we’re discovering as the New Year begins. While Minnesota is the epicenter for the crime, similarly fraudulent daycare centers now have been discovered in Washington, Oregon, Ohio and Massachusetts.
Of the 1,794 daycare centers in Minnesota, 1,235 are owned by individuals with Somali-sounding names. Even more suspicious: There are as many as 4,000 of these Somali daycare centers within a 20-mile radius around Boston.

Angela Rose visits the Quality Learing Center. It turns out the center is run by a woman who previously was charged and convicted of running a fraudulent center. She changed her name, and got a new license for the Quality Learing Center. She also has a couple of other childcare centers, as well as an adult center and even a restaurant.
The mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, is a patron of her restaurant. In fact, the Somali seen dancing at a Frey campaign victory rally is also the manager of Quality Learing Center. Quite the den of thieves! Here’s more from Angela Rose.
