Fani Better Buckle Her Belt

Things are going from bad to worse for Fani Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney who tried to concoct her own elaborate RICO case naming former President Donald Trump and 18 codefendants.

By now, most of you know the scam. Willis paid her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, to research and investigate the charges and frame the case. Meanwhile, she and Wade enjoyed the hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees, taking lavish vacations on cruise ships in the Caribbean and off to California’s wine country.

But as her ethical abuses become known, and she herself faces being disqualified from the case, Willis is losing it, even inside the courtroom.

How much longer before Judge Scott McAfee moves to disqualify her? And is he capable of doing so, after having worked in the same law firm as Willis? It’s also been revealed that he donated to her campaign before his appointment to the court.

They say America’s justice system is two-tiered. We say it’s just flat-out, downright corrupt! Here’s more from Steve Turley.

Fani Willis’ ex-boy friend — Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade — filed a brief, seeking to stop Judge Scott McAfee from reviewing Terrence Bradley’s texts, claiming they are protected under attorney-client privilege.

Some 22 state Attorney Generals submitted an amicus brief in support of former President Donald Trump and his immunity battle at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Trump’s defense objected to Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron’s order and judgment, arguing the Court colluded with Letitia James and her office in crafting the judgement without conferring with the defense as required by New York law. How A Racist Humiliates Herself

Racist prosecutor Fani Willis humiliates herself in court. The Fulton County District Attorney is trying to keep from being disqualified in her case case against former President Donald Trump and nearly 20 of his allies.

Clearly, Georgia Justice Scott McAfee will have a difficult time defending Willis’ case after she has been exposed as a fraud, a liar and a corrupt racketeer turning her office into a cushy source of personal revenue, enough to take lavish Caribbean cruises and trips to wine country in La-La Land — northern California. Here’s more from Mr. Reagan.

Just how bad has Fani Willis’ testimony been? U.S. Sen. J.D. Vance, an Ohio Republican, says she has not only admitted that she committed felonies, but multiple felonies.

Vance tweeted, “It’s like every other 2 minute clip I watch of this Fani Willis testimony she admits to committing another felony.” Here’s more from Owen Shroyer on InfoWars.

Panthers Nurture Fani’s Ethics?

District Attorney Fani Willis testified in defense of herself on Thursday in a misconduct hearing … and it probably wasn’t a good decision.

Willis took the stand to push back against an attempt to disqualify her from heading Georgia’s election interference case against former President Donald Trump. But she may have revealed TOO MUCH about her alleged affair and her practice of keeping large sums of cash at home.

It seems her father, John Clifford Floyd III, taught her the value of keeping cash on hand. Floyd was a founder of the Black Panther Political Party in Los Angeles, Calif. For a time, Angela Davis belonged to his Black Panther unit.

Glenn Beck and his sidekick Steve “Stu” Burguiere review the “incredible” testimony.

Are you wanting to see more of the trial itself — and not only commentary from pundits? If so, you should watch Robert Gouveia’s Watching the Watcher coverage of the trial.

This video runs about as long as a marathon — more than four hours of material — but gives you the full picture as Fani Willis returns to the stand in DAY 2 of an evidentiary hearing in Judge Scott McAfee’s courtroom.

She’s defending herself against being disqualified from the Trump Prosecution. Defense attorneys, led by Michael Roman’s lawyer Ashleigh Merchant, argue the entire RICO case should be dismissed after uncovering evidence of an affair between Fani and her Special Prosecutor, Nathan Wade.

The Willis/Wade hearing today presented lots of typical legal tactics, obfuscation, attempts to misdirect etc. But the witnesses clearly impeached them both based on their answers surrounding the start and nature of their relationship. Here’s more from RedPill78.

The Dirt Just Keeps Coming

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis got blasted in a 66-page filing from Defendant Mike Roman that reveals additional details about her affair with Nathan Wade.

Judge Scott McAfee confirmed Fani’s subpoena is still valid for the disqualification evidentiary hearing coming up this week to dig into her affair with her Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Fani’s White House Collusion

Former President Donald Trump’s defense team slammed a new report from Judge Arthur Engoron’s Financial Monitor, claiming the “monitor” is not conducting an unbiased inquiry into the Trump Org., but is instead grifting millions of dollars in fees through the legal process.

E. Jean Carroll’s lawyer Roberta Kaplan previously worked with the same Judge who presided over the Trump trial that resulted in the $83 million verdict. Judge Lewis Kaplan and Roberta Kaplan worked at the same firm in the ’90s, according to Roberta’s representative and the New York Post.

Fani Willis’ prosecutors admitted they were contacted twice by Biden’s White House Counsel via letters to Fulton County, but only to discuss “logistics” and “procedural” issues, and nothing else worthy of being disclosed to the defense. Judge Scott F. McAfee in Georgia will decide. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Sidney Powell Pleads Guilty

The House Republican blame game ramps up with more Representatives saying Matt Gaetz is responsible for the Speaker chaos. Marjorie Taylor Greene seems to agree with Kevin McCarthy and Senator Markwayne Mullin in pointing fingers. Matt Gaetz responds.

Big Fani Willis DISMISSES all the felony charges against Sidney Powell, including the most serious allegation in the original indictment. We review the new, misdemeanor only plea deal and explain the law behind the new charges. What does this mean for Trump?

Sidney Powell appeared in Court to plead guilty for 6 counts of conspiracy and election interference. We review the full Court proceeding in front of Georgia Judge Scott McAfee, the same Judge presiding over the Trump prosecution. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers respond to Judge Maryellen Noreika’s request for their position on the Government’s motion to dismiss.
