Peter Nygard Found Guilty

Peter Nygard has been found guilty on four separate accounts of sexual assault. A Toronto court handed down the guilty verdicts, while exonerating Nygard on a fifth count of sexual assault as well as a charge of forcible confinement. A fashion mogul, Nygard ran his own highly successful women’s clothing company, Nygard International, based out of Winnipeg, Canada.

His son, Kai Bickle, who goes by his mother’s surname, spoke out about his father’s abusive practices. Nygard also faces potential extradition to the United States. He faces a federal indictment in the Southern District of New York that accuses him of using his fashion business as a “façade of legitimacy”  to conceal sex trafficking and other illegal activity. Disney Lowers Boom On ABC

Riss Flex reports that the Walt Disney Company, parent company of ABC News, has ordered a slew of layoffs at the network after leaks of sexual assault and mismanagement.

Flex says ABC News President Kim Godwin was furious with the leaks and is out for blood regarding the recent layoffs. Says Flex,, “Multiple sources at ABC say the energy inside the ABC News headquarters is miserable. Nobody’s happy and so many layoffs are now undergoing.” Here’s more.

Prominent Dem Turns On Biden

New York Democrat Congressman Hakeem Jeffries has joined the GOP in calling for an investigation into Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations against Joe Biden.

Restored Republic reports that a prominent figure has come forward and is willing to testify. Jeffries, who earlier this week replaced Nancy Pelosi as the Democrat caucus leader in the House, said the case “needs to be investigated seriously.” Here’s more.

After the Canadians arrested Peter Nygard in Winnipeg, the French turned around and nabbed Jean-Luc Brunel as he was boarding a flight bound for Dakar, Senegal. Who are these men? Nygard, the well-known fashion designer, had a party pad in the Bahamas, throwing lavish sex parties, sometimes involving minors. Brunel ran a modeling agency out of France and served as a conduit bringing Eastern European and other models from around the world to Jeffrey Epstein. Judicial Watch Files Biden Suit

Judicial Watch announced recently that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security for records that the Secret Service claims to have destroyed related to a reported physical altercation between a Secret Service Agent and Joe Biden at a photo op in 2009 (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:20-cv-02457)). Supposedly, the agent got into a fight with Biden after Biden posed for a photo with the agent and the agent’s girlfriend, and cupped her breasts. The lawsuit was filed after the Secret Service failed to respond to a July 14, 2020 administrative appeal challenging its claim that all files related to the 2009 altercation, “ha[d] been destroyed,” due to “retention standards.”
