MSNBC Brings Back Avenatti!

MSNBC resurrected Michael Avenatti from the prison cell where he’s serving up to 14 years after stealing money from his clients. MSNBC was apparently counting on the hotshot lawyer to bury former President Donald Trump, but instead, Avenatti grilled the lame case brought against Trump by New York Attorney General Letitia “Peekaboo” James.

He called it the wrong case at the wrong time, and predicted Trump will ultimately win — not at all what the Leftists at MSNBC wanted to hear. Here’s more from Mark Dice.

Judge Aileen Cannon granted many of Jack Smith’s requests to seal evidence in the classified documents case, but not before ripping the Special Counsel for repeatedly failing to properly raise the issue at prior settings.

Trump has submitted as many as 10 appeals in the Stormy-Cohen prosecution, seeking review of multiple unconstitutional actions by the lower court, while both the government and the court feverishly race the case to trial.

Currently incarcerated Michael Avenatti joined the media to blast Alvin Bragg’s prosecution of President Trump, explaining that Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen are both unreliable and dishonest government witnesses who will be seen for who they are by the jury. Chaos In The White House!

Restricted Republic’s Lisa Haven reports that chaos has overtaken the White House in the aftermath of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s scathing report that Joe Biden is mentally challenged and not even fit to face criminal charges.

Haven says the report hit the White House and Democrats like a ton of bricks, setting off a firestorm of shouting matches with cursing and the whole nine yards. Haven says that although Hur was appointed U.S. Attorney to Maryland during the Trump Administration, she believes he doesn’t support the Republican Party.

She goes a step further and posits that Hur was most likely taking his marching orders from Barack Obama and the Clinton team, who probably said, “Hey, it’s time to take him out!” Here’s more with Haven.

Congress Grills Big Fani

Judge Lewis A. Kaplan scolded former President Donald Trump and E. Jean Carroll took the stand in Day 2 of the second defamation and damages trial against Trump in the Southern District of New York. We review the trial X-Script, provided courtesy of @innercitypress.

The Fani Willis-Nathan Wade Affair continues to get worse after a new report reveals Wade had a history of shoddy lawyering before being appointed Special Counsel. Congressman Cory Mills from Florida sent a letter to the local Georgia bar seeking information about their investigation.

Jack Smith gets blasted by the dissenters in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals for colluding with the lower court to get unprecedented access to Trump’s Twitter Direct Messages. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Trump Sues For Maine Return

Trump’s defense submitted their final reply in the J6 immunity appeal before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing that Trump has broad immunity for conduct related to the “outer perimeter” of his Presidential duties.

Former Attorney General Ed Meese submitted a second amicus brief to the D.C. Court of Appeals, arguing Jack Smith and the Office of the Special Counsel are illegitimate and are only operating now based upon a perverted and unconstitutional interpretation of the law.

Trump’s team filed a lawsuit against Maine’s Secretary of State Shenna Bellows in Superior Court. asking for a review of her “decision” removing Trump from the state’s ballots. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia from Watching The Watchers.

Scotus Rejects Jack Smith

The Supreme Court denies Jack Smith’s attempt to bypass the Court of Appeals and accelerate the Trump trial. In a one-sentence order from SCOTUS, Jack Smith’s primary goal of starting trial on March 4th, the day before Super Tuesday, has been shattered.

House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan sends a letter to Jack Smith demanding answers about the “Special Counsel’s” prosecution, warning a subpoena may be next. Officials from California and Michigan contemplate removing Trump from the ballot in their states as the media continues to celebrate the Colorado ruling.

New records show Vice President Joe Biden emailed Hunter’s business associates 54-times during his time at the White House. Meanwhile, the DOJ’s Lesley Wolf “left” the department and refuses to answer questions during Congressional testimony. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Jack Smith: Illegal Appointment

Trump’s defense filed their brief opposing Jack Smith’s petition in the Supreme Court, arguing the appeals process should proceed in the ordinary course through the Court of Appeals. Still racing against the clock, Jack Smith’s prosecutors replied, urging the Court to hear the case and return the case to the trial track before the election in November.

Former Reagan Attorney General Edwin Meese submits a brief to the Supreme Court, arguing Jack Smith was illegally appointed as “Special Counsel” and the prosecution against Trump is invalid. Citing the Appointments Clause, Meese argues that Garland overstepped his authority and the entire Special Counsel’s office should be considered disqualified.

Trump objects to Jack Smith’s request to use a jury questionnaire in the Florida classified documents case, arguing the case is nowhere near ready for jury selection. Trump’s defense asks Judge Aileen Cannon to order Jack Smith to stick to the previously ordered schedule and to stop wasting the Court’s resources. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Trump makes it clear that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s desperate attempts to circumvent the appeals process should not stand…Here’s more from RedPill78.

Trump Appeals Chutkan Gag

Trump has appealed Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order to the full D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing the initial panel was mistaken in their ruling upholding portions of the gag. Citing free speech, the First Amendment and an ongoing political campaign, Trump’s defense asks the court to stay Chutkan’s original order.

CNN confirms Jack Smith wants Trump convicted before the 2024 election, as we’ve long known. To accomplish this, Jack Smith’s prosecutors continue to send discovery notices to Trump’s defense despite the case being officially on pause while on appeal — and Trump’s lawyers are not happy with the continued prosecution.

Hunter Biden was hidden from flight logs when he returned to the White House after defying a Congressional subpoena. Is Hunter above the law? @WesternLensman created a montage of Democrats encouraging prosecution for subpoena-deniers and Jen Psaki weighs in and on how Hunter’s antics are being received by the White House. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court justices from the drugged-out state of Colorado voted four to three to bar former President Donald Trump’s name from appearing on the Colorado’s Republicans primary ballot in 2024.

The four “justices” who voted to bar Trump were William Hood III, Monica Marquez, Richard Gabriel and Melissa Hart. She’s the granddaughter of Archibald Cox, who served as a Watergate prosecutor. We’ll have more to say about these leftist cretins over the days and weeks ahead.

Given the circumstances, the U.S. Supreme Court should strike down this unconstitutional ruling —  a gross abuse of the 14th Amendment. In the meantime, drugs should also be banned once again in Colorado, so perhaps the state’s daffy Democrats might become just a tad bit more clear-headed. Here’s more from Sebastian Gorka.

Trump Fired Up In New York

Former President Donald Trump took to the cameras in the New York civil fraud trial to explain how defense expert Eli Bartov destroyed Leticia James’ case. During a fiery exchange, Mr. Bartov told a Tish prosecutor that she “should be ashamed of herself” for bringing this case based on made-up charges.

Trump’s defense filed a motion to STAY the January 6th case pending appeal of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s recent order denying Trump’s motion to dismiss. Special Counsel Jack Smith objects to the motion as the government races towards a March trial start date.

Trump co-defendants Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliviera are fighting for access to information about the classified documents that Jack Smith alleges they had access to and “obstructed,” but for some reason now can’t review. Defense attorneys argue the Special Counsel continues to file motions ex parte outside the knowledge of their team, putting them at a serious trial disadvantage. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

FBI Squirming In The Hot Seat

Jack Smith plans to use Trump’s “conspiracies” and prior statements from 2016 and earlier against him in the January 6th Prosecution. Citing Rule 404(b) and the permissible use of character evidence, Molly Gaston from the U.S. Department of Justice argues the government should be able to use Trump’s comments, including the “stand back and stand by” Proud Boys remark from the debate with Joe Biden during the upcoming trial.

Trump’s defense presents evidence in New York that Trump significantly UNDERVALUED the Mar-a-Lago property by millions of dollars when negotiating terms of the loan. Defense Expert Witness Lawrence Moens, a major Florida real estate broker, took the stand in Leticia James’ prosecution to explain the valuation numbers.

Christopher Wray had a tough time in the Senate while there schilling for more money and more FISA power. Senators Mike Lee, R-Utah, John Kennedy, R-Louisiana, and Ted Cruz, R-Texas, slammed the FBI director for the agency’s censorship of Americans and their participation in the Biden Crime family coverup.
