Attorneys for Tyler Robinson, the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin, are calling for Robinson’s prosecutors to be disqualified. The defense attorneys presented their arguments Friday before Utah Judge Tony Graf, saying a conflict of interest rules out the Utah County Attorney’s Office from proceeding with the case.
If Graf agrees with that opinionm, the Utah state Attorney General’s office would take over the prosecution. It’s not clear how quickly Graf will decide one way or the other, but most court watchers expect a decision over the next couple of weeks.
A change in the prosecutorial team would drag out the case, as the new team would essentially have to start over again. The conflict of interest complaint is based upon the fact that an 18-year-old child of one of the prosecutors was present at the September 10th event at Utah Valley University during which Kirk was killed. Was Israel behind the political assassination of Charlie Kirk? That theory has been kicked around quite a bit over the months since Kirk’s death.
But Harrison Smith, a journalist with InfoWars, was already warning about this crisis point a month before Kirk was killed. On August 8, Smith tweeted on X: “I’m not gonna name names, but I was told by someone close to Charlie Kirk that Charlie fears Israel will kill him if he turns against them.”
Seeing as how that was actually published ahead of the killing, how could FBI Director Kash Patel categorically deny there was any foreign involvement in the assassination? Especially when Harrison Smith says the FBI has never contacted him, seeking any details about the August tweet.
The question becomes: Is the FBI director compromised? Because of President Donald Trump’s pro-Israel positions, can we ever expect any honesty in the investigation of Kirk’s killing? Apparently not. With increasing international demands for censorship, the odds for truth and honesty become even more problematic. Here’s more from Hustle Bitch.
Liz Wheeler unmasks the leader of the Antifa group Armed Queers SLC: Ermiya Fanaeian.
Turns out, Fanaeian is also an organizer for a group funded by Communist billionaire Neville Roy Singham and this isn’t Fanaeian’s only connection to Singham. Here’s more from Liz Wheeler.
Now that Tyler Robinson is beginning to make court appearances in the political assassination of Charlie Kirk, what — exactly — is Robinson’s defense strategy?
Who is his defense attorney Kathryn Nester, a trial lawyer from Salt Lake City? Will she try to land him an acquittal or seek a lesser charge — say, life without parole as opposed to the death penalty?
What can we expect to see? Here’s more from Laissez Faire Lounge.
On this episode of “The Liz Wheeler Show,” Liz reacts to text messages between Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, and his live-in trans-identifying boyfriend, Lance Twiggs.
Was this all just an elaborate attempt to keep Twiggs from being charged as an accomplice? Also, Liz examines troubling connections between Armed Queers SLC and communist billionaire Neville Roy Singham.
Allow me to make a prediction: Erika Kirk’s rising star will soon self destruct in the court of public opinion as her true history, connections and outright lies are brought to light.
And the same goes for Tyler Bowyer and other Turning Point USA leaders.
Former Defense Intelligence Agency insider, Major Jeffrey Prather, joins the SGT Report to discuss the incredible facts being uncovered through Candace Owens’ investigation. WHO REALLY MURDERED Charlie Kirk? Prather believes this was a coordinated assassination, and likely involved agents from Israel, Egypt and the United States.
