Meta Caught Stealing Biodata

Are data centers being used by Big Tech to secretly store our biodata—and is this the real reason why we “need” more built?

In a recent exposé from WIRED Magazine, Meta was exposed secretly installing a face recognition system into their app. It was secretly installed on more than 50 million phones and smart glasses. But the bigger question is: Why are they even collecting our biodata?

Everyone knows our phones are recording what we say, see, and in some cases even think. Where is all of this data being stored and for what purpose?

Join Ben Chasteen and Rob Counts on this Edge of Wonder Live show as they unravel this deep mystery of why we need so many data centers and who is using our biodata.

How Physics Bends Out In Space

Dive into the nature of spacetime and data center backlash in this Edge of Wonder Live.

Physics & Time: The Soviet Union once classified a strange discovery in space. In 1985, a Russian cosmonaut watched a spinning wing nut flip 180° every few seconds in zero gravity—behavior that seemed to defy normal physics.

This Dzhanibekov Effect (or Tennis Racket Theorem) remained secret for years because scientists at the time had no clear explanation.

That’s just the beginning. As humans explore deeper into space, we keep uncovering bizarre truths about space-time itself. By some measurements, time literally runs slower closer to Earth and speeds up the farther you move away from its gravity. The more we study spacetime, the more it appears to change our everyday understanding of reality.

Data Centers: The legendary environmental activist Erin Brockovich is now leading the pushback against massive AI data centers. She’s launching a nationwide map to track community complaints.

Meanwhile, some Big Tech voices are blaming Chinese Communist Party propaganda for the growing American resistance. Simultaneously, a company backed by Nvidia is offering to pay homeowners to host mini data centers right next to their houses—in exchange for discounted electricity and internet. Would you let them put one in your yard?

Something Bigger Is Going On

Dave Hodges returns to the program for a deep discussion on the missing scientists, the global power struggles unfolding behind the scenes, and where the current Trump administration may be heading next.

We discuss the growing concerns surrounding scientists and researchers who have reportedly disappeared under unusual circumstances, along with the geopolitical tensions and technological race shaping the future of the world. Dave shares information and perspectives rarely discussed in the mainstream media, connecting dots that many believe are intentionally ignored or overlooked.

Together, we analyze what these developments could mean for the future — from shifting global alliances and economic instability to the expanding role of technology, infrastructure, and centralized power in modern society. Here’s more from Sarah Westall on Business Game Changers.

Dark Side Of AI Data Centers

Big Tech promised you a futuristic, AI revolution—but what if the real price is much higher?

Your electricity bill, your water supply, and the environment are just the beginning. Edge of Wonder pulls back the curtain on the massive, power hungry data centers sneakily taking over America.

These enormous facilities are consuming as much electricity as entire cities, guzzling millions of gallons of water per day, and reshaping communities all to power ChatGPT, image generators, and the next wave of AI yet to come.

In this video, discover:

  • How data centers are secretly becoming one of the biggest energy consumers on the planet
  • The shocking water usage stats that no one is talking about
  • Why your town could be in the next data center land grab
  • The environmental impact Big Tech doesn’t want you to see
  • Who’s really paying the price for artificial intelligence

Get ready for the dirty secrets inside the world of AI data centers on this episode of Edge of Wonder with Ben Chasteen and Rob Counts.

Almonds Are The Real Threat

Commencement speakers got booed this weekend for mentioning AI — by the same graduating class that used ChatGPT to write their papers.

Bridget Phetasy breaks down why the anti-AI panic is just climate anxiety with a new face, why Bernie Sanders and AOC’s plan to ban data centers is the worst idea in recent memory, and why China is absolutely loving every minute of our meltdown. Here’s more in a new episode of The Dumpster Fire from Phetasy.

AI To Run Us Out Of Jobs?

We are beginning to see AI being trained to do jobs now held by a workplace’s CURRENT EMPLOYEE’S!

Workers are now being required to TRAIN THEIR REPLACEMENTS!

Who stands as the most vulnerable workers? Women in clerical positions. Also truck drivers and a wide variety of factory workers.

Not surprisingly, Big Tech can’t get enough of it, even going as far as calling AI “our savior.” Here’s more from Ben Swann.

Was Utah Land Grab At Stake?

The feud between Candace Owens and Turning Point USA has become a circus. It has overshadowed the search for the true roots behind the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

The discussion to date has split between two main theories: Either Kirk was assassinated by Tyler Robinson because of leftist issues clouded by transgenderism. Or Kirk was assassinated by a crack team of foreign mercenaries with ties to Israel because Kirk opposed America going to war on behalf of Israel.

Here’s another theory altogether, this one advanced by the Laissez Faire Lounge, that the assassination had more to do with a deeply rooted lab grab in the state of Utah. This theory not only weaves elements involving Phil Lyman but also Kevin O’Leary’s new AI data center. Here, Lounge researcher Pia explains the thread.

Say Yes To Data Centers

A data center uses as much power as a city!

So people want to stop them. But that’s dumb.

“Electricity replaces human labor and allows us to do more and better things,” says Paige Lambermont of the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

Here’s why we need MORE data centers, not fewer. Here’s more from John Stossel.

ChatGPT On The Darknet?

Could ChatGPT and other chatbots be used on the “darknet”? Hackers say so. How are artificial intelligence-programmed robots being used to talk, act, and think like humans?

The Writers Guild of America (WGA) saw the writing on the wall about where this tech could be headed, and they tried to safeguard their jobs with a strike that lasted nearly 150 days. Finally, their Hollywood strike appears to be ending after a stalemate between the writers and their production studios, which are focused on bottom lines. Will the SAG-AFTRA actors’ strike also end, with performers’ likenesses and earnings protected?

In other tech news, why is Microsoft Cloud looking to use more modular reactors to power its AI and data centers? Join Ben Chasteen and Rob Counts from Edge of Wonder to hear all about it.
