The Democrats might be rancid and radical, but the GOP hasn’t exactly earned many bonus points from MAGA voters Instead of taking business seriously, those in the U.S. House and Senate have been truly slow and mendacious, at best sleepwalking, at worst, just as corrupt as the Democrats.
At the wrong end of the scale, you have blowhards who think they are smarter than President Donald Trump, or who have attempted to stonewall the legislation needed to improve our economy and streamline our government. Senator like Thom Tillis from North Carolina and Lisa Murkowski from Alaska have proven themselves to be worthless toads. Murkowski should have been jettisoned years ago.
And instead of corraling the holdouts, the GOP leadership, under House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune, has dropped the ball. Sad to say, but both chambers of Congress have let down GOP voters and stood in the way of real progress.
