Lone Gunman Theory Debunked

NBC has within its archives a video showing Lee Harvey Oswald standing near the John F. Kennedy motorcade in Dallas, Texas, on Nov. 22, 1963 — the day Kennedy was assassinated. If that document actually exists, it would seem to disprove the lone gunman theory holding Oswald shot and killed Kennedy, with no other assistance.

U.S. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna says she is sending a letter to NBC asking for a copy of the video. Luna, a Florida Republican, heads the U.S. House Oversight Task Force on the declassification of federal secrets. Here she speaks with Jesse Watters on Fox News.

Trump Boots Khalil

President Donald Trump has removed Mahmoud Khalil, the Palestinian whose green card has been revoked. Khalil is no longer in the custody of the Southern District of New York, but instead, is now jailed in Louisiana, pending deportation from the United States. Khalil has been charged with sparking the pro-Hamas protests centered around Columbia University in New York City.

The FBI has sent out communications to U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan, confirming it will soon be releasing January 6 documents. These will include details on the two “pipe bombs” placed around the U.S. Capitol the night before the protests, bombs targeting the Democratic and Republican party headquarters.

America For Sale

America’s judges keep countering and undermining rule by the President — the elected representative of the People. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett is the most disappointing of them all. You have to wonder if she’s being blackmailed!

But lower-court judges have been even more outrageous and out of line. We need Congress to reaffirm our government belongs to the people. The House and Senate should reign in the out-of-state courts. We need more accountability and a functional system of governance.

By a vote of 224 to 198, the U.S. House has censured Al Green, the Texas Democrat who mercilessly heckled President Donald Trump during Trump’s State of the Union address.  Democrats flanked Green to sing “We Shall Overcome.” Green is only the 28th Representative ever censured by the House. His conduct was puerile and disgraceful.

Mike Johnson’s fight didn’t last long. The opposition from a handful of Republican holdouts vanished as the first round of vote counting began.

Johnson won re-election with 218 votes. The only holdout who ended up voting against Johnson? Thomas Massie, the Kentucky Congressman who might be headstrong, but also appears quite asinine and stringent. In other words, he’s dumb.

House Speaker Mike Johnson promised us back in September that we wouldn’t see another omnibus spending bill this Christmas. But as you all know, Congress couldn’t resist the urge to return to that decrepit way to conduct the federal business.

How many of these turkeys do we have to defeat before they actually get serious about trying to serve the public? How much pig slop are they going to keep feeding us? How FBI Lied About January 6

The House Administration Oversight Subcommittee has released its second and final report on its investigation into the House January 6 Committee – and it reveals A LOT. The subcommittee’s chairman, Rep. Barry Loudermilk, joins Glenn Beck to review some of the highlights.

Rep. Loudermilk explains why he recommended a criminal investigation into former Rep. Liz Cheney, what crucial information the Jan. 6 Committee left out of its report, and what the government did to cover up “tremendous failures.”

He also details why he’s certain the FBI lied about being unable to access phone data that could reveal the identity of the pipe bomber and why the FBI “spent no time looking into who constructed the gallows” that mysteriously appeared at the riot.
