‘The View’ Goes On A Hiatus?

Fact check: The View is going on hiatus — but it’s not cancelled.

In fact, the hiatus is normal.

We know a lot of folks are hoping to see this show get axed, but it’s still pulling views for ABC… for now. Here’s more from Clownfish TV.

Sayonara, Vax-Scene Charlatan!

Stephen Colbert, who pushed the deadly Pfizer vaccine shots, has been fired.

Actually, he gets to keep his job, but only on a short leash. CBS disclosed it will terminate The Late Show at the end of the next broadcast season in May 2026. The network said the program no longer could be profitably made.

The late night picture will change dramatically in 2026, as Jimmy Kimmel already has said he will not return to ABC after his current contract concludes at the end of this year.

That leaves only Jimmy Fallon at NBC. He likely wants to linger, but look for NBC to try to lowball or dump him as well. Here’s more from The Quartering.

And, just for old time’s sake, here’s the chicanery Stephen Colbert peddled.  Not so fun — or funny — after all!

Boelter Popped Near Home!

KSTP, the ABC affiliate in Minneapolis, says Vance Luther Boelter was apprehended around 10 p.m. Sunday. Minnesota State Police took the fugitive into custody in a heavily wooded area within Sibley County, just southwest of his Green Isle home.

Boelter had stunned Minnesotans with a brazen  act of political assassination, allegedly killing two victims and wounding two others in the early morning hours on Saturday. Boelter’s wife Jennifer also was detained Sunday, taken into custody after she was found in a car containing weapons, cash and passports. Like her husband, she also worked previously for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, starting in 2010 as an intern.

Meanwhile, we are learning more about a hit list found in Boetler’s abandoned security vehicle. Some 70 individuals were identified as being targets for assassination, among them, Walz himself, as well as Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar and U.S. Sen. Tina Smith — all Democrats from Minnesota.

Those attacked Saturday by Boelter included a former Speaker of the Minnesota House,  Melissa Hortman, and her husband, both murdered, and State Sen. John Hoffmanm along with his wife, both shot multiple times and still in critical condition. In his home attacks on Saturday, Boelter wore a mask bearing the likeness of Walter White, the villain from TV show Breaking Bad. Here’s more from Viva Frei.

ABC Suspends Biased Reporter

Megyn Kelly is joined by Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, to discuss ABC News’ Terry Moran being suspended but not fired for his late-night rant on X attacking Donald Trump and Stephen Miller.

Kelly and Kirk discuss how the media’s private biases are becoming increasingly public, the intense hostility many journalists have toward Miller and why Moran, ABC’s Senior National Correspondent, won’t be fired.

(EDITOR’S NOTE: Looks like Moran antagonized enough people that ABC decided Tuesday against renewing his contract. So, he’s gone, and now presumably looking for another job.)

Disney Reeling After Layoffs

Woke companies are taking it on the chin. The Walt Disney Company has laid off hundreds of employees, and is flashing increasing signs that it will move to streamline ABC, including quite possibly eliminating Whoopi Goldberg as a host on “The View.” Meanwhile,  Target is backing off as a major sponsor for Pride events.

This comes as Democrats are seeing deteriorating pool numbers from a public fed up with the leftist agenda. To add salt to the wounds, President Donald Trump is ordering new investigations into the Joe Biden administration’s abusive use of the autopen to grease the skids for paid political pardons. Here’s plenty more from Trish Regan.

The TDS Is So Strong Here

The vile, leftist hosts on The View trash President Donald Trump once again, complaining that he’s been badmouthing poor old stinkpot Joe Biden.

Of course, Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg and the other scum-suckers on The View conveniently fail to remember how Biden did the exact same thing.

Are they that forgetful, or just a bunch of unrepentant political hacks? Here’s more from Memology 101.

FCC Investigating ABC Over DEI

Disney and ABC might be in DEEP trouble. The Federal Communications Commission is now investigating them over their DEI policies.

This after ABC News had to throw millions at The Orange One to stave off a defamation suit. Wonder what The View will talk about on Monday? Here’s more from Clownfish TV.

New Journalism Coming

The old-style journalism — from ABC to The New York Times — might be dying off. But investigative journalist Matt Taibbi is optimistic that a new style of journalism will emerge.

Here, Taibbi talks with Jimmy Dore about the death of traditional journalism, owing to its links with the receding Democratic Party. Journalists like Rachel Maddow or Anderson Cooper have shown they can’t be trusted.

But Taibbi says  ge remains hopeful that a replacement will come.  The only question: How long will it take to birth a new journalism — one people can actually trust and believe?

George Be Gone At ABC!

Another one bites the dust! ABC’s top political analyst, George Stephanopoulos, is stepping down — sometime this summer.

Disney, which owns ABC News, should never have allowed Stephanopoulos to remain in office. He had served as senior advisor to former President Bill Clinton from 1993-96. In short, his prominence in the media business has stood out as a signal of gross political bias.

Meanwhile, what’s the deal with big media wanting to take over independents? Fox apparently wants part of the action and has targeted the company that sells the podcasts of former Fox News talents Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson and Bill O’Reilly. The company that sells their podcasts, Red Seat Ventures, was just acquired by the conservative network as it attempts to gain a foothold in the digital media space. Here’s more from Trish Regan.

Another Squawker Leaves NBC

Andrea Mitchell will be leaving Friday, after serving 17 years as a news anchor on MSNBC.

This comes at a time when news media outlets, including Politico and the New York Times, have been tarnished as it’s shown they have received taxpayer money funneled through USAID, or the U.S. Agency for International Development. Politico received a cool $8 million, doled out over 2024, just ahead of the presidential election.

What price did they pay for those handouts? How did they try to rig the presentation of the news? Is this why the fake news leans so far to the left? Is this why they play footsie with the elites, as when they buried the Hunter Biden laptop?

Mitchell’s departure at MSNBC follows Chuck Todd announcing he would be leaving NBC after 18 years. He initially served as the network’s White House correspondent but took over as host of Meet The Press in 2014.

The lingering question now: Who’s next? How long can the leftist harpies remain on the ABC daily show The View? Will anyone get the axe at CBS? Here’s more from Trish Regan.
