ABC announced Wednesday evening it has suspended The Jimmy Kimmel Show indefinitely and fired the host Jimmy Kimmel. This follows Kimmel, one of the more depraved late-night TV hosts, going out of his way to paint Tyler Robinson as a MAGA fanatic and to deride President Donald Trump.
Earlier Wednesday, the Federal Communications Commission threatened to take immediate action against Kimmel, ABC and the Walt Disney Corp. for spreading lies about Charlie Kirk. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr called for Kimmel’s immediate suspension, saying his “malicious lies” are truly sick and can lead to ABC losing its broadcast license.
ABC has not announced what show(s) will replace Kimmel in the late-night timeslot. Here’s more from Paul Joseph Watson, who delved into the controversy before ABC announced its decision.
The leftist morons who celebrated the death of Charlie Kirk have now racheted their dementia up a notch. Some are now calling for the death of his bereaved wife and children.
You’d have to look under a rug to find more solid proof that the Democratic Party is full of batshit-crazy lunatics. Here’s more from The Salty Cracker.
News anchor Beni Rae Harmony has resigned from WICS, the ABC channel in Springfield, Illinois, after the station suspended her for airing a tribute to Charlie Kirk.
“My resignation is guided by values that are essential to who l am, which I REFUSE to set aside in order to keep a job,” Harmony wrote. “I choose my faith and love of country, and always will.”
She went on to say, “God Bless Charlie Kirk and his beautiful family, and God Bless these United States of America.”
Our hunch: Someone smart will offer this classy lady a job. Meanwhile, the villain in this story –Robert P. Richardson — should be booted right out the door!
Richardson was installed by Rincon Broadcasting, LLC, which purchased WICS and stations in six other states over the summer from the Sinclair Broadcast Group. Rincon named Richardson as vice president and general manager of WICS as well as WICD in Champaign, Springfield and Decatur. The fake news across our nation is controlled by such rancid turds!
The Office Depot fired an arrogant leftist woman who refused to print memorial posters for a Charlie Kirk vigil. The woman has not been identified, although her first name is said to be “Beryl.”
The incident happened in Portage, Michigan, where the Kalamazoo County Republican Party had planned the vigil. Office Depot called the employee’s behavior “unacceptable and insensitive.” Here’s more from Anton Daniels.
Stephen Colbert, who pushed the deadly Pfizer vaccine shots, has been fired.
Actually, he gets to keep his job, but only on a short leash. CBS disclosed it will terminate The Late Show at the end of the next broadcast season in May 2026. The network said the program no longer could be profitably made.
The late night picture will change dramatically in 2026, as Jimmy Kimmel already has said he will not return to ABC after his current contract concludes at the end of this year.
That leaves only Jimmy Fallon at NBC. He likely wants to linger, but look for NBC to try to lowball or dump him as well. Here’s more from The Quartering.
And, just for old time’s sake, here’s the chicanery Stephen Colbert peddled. Not so fun — or funny — after all!
KSTP, the ABC affiliate in Minneapolis, says Vance Luther Boelter was apprehended around 10 p.m. Sunday. Minnesota State Police took the fugitive into custody in a heavily wooded area within Sibley County, just southwest of his Green Isle home.
Boelter had stunned Minnesotans with a brazen act of political assassination, allegedly killing two victims and wounding two others in the early morning hours on Saturday. Boelter’s wife Jennifer also was detained Sunday, taken into custody after she was found in a car containing weapons, cash and passports. Like her husband, she also worked previously for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, starting in 2010 as an intern.
Meanwhile, we are learning more about a hit list found in Boetler’s abandoned security vehicle. Some 70 individuals were identified as being targets for assassination, among them, Walz himself, as well as Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar and U.S. Sen. Tina Smith — all Democrats from Minnesota.
Those attacked Saturday by Boelter included a former Speaker of the Minnesota House, Melissa Hortman, and her husband, both murdered, and State Sen. John Hoffmanm along with his wife, both shot multiple times and still in critical condition. In his home attacks on Saturday, Boelter wore a mask bearing the likeness of Walter White, the villain from TV show Breaking Bad. Here’s more from Viva Frei.
Megyn Kelly is joined by Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, to discuss ABC News’ Terry Moran being suspended but not fired for his late-night rant on X attacking Donald Trump and Stephen Miller.
Kelly and Kirk discuss how the media’s private biases are becoming increasingly public, the intense hostility many journalists have toward Miller and why Moran, ABC’s Senior National Correspondent, won’t be fired.
(EDITOR’S NOTE:Looks like Moran antagonized enough people that ABC decided Tuesday against renewing his contract. So, he’s gone, and now presumably looking for another job.)
Woke companies are taking it on the chin. The Walt Disney Company has laid off hundreds of employees, and is flashing increasing signs that it will move to streamline ABC, including quite possibly eliminating Whoopi Goldberg as a host on “The View.” Meanwhile, Target is backing off as a major sponsor for Pride events.
This comes as Democrats are seeing deteriorating pool numbers from a public fed up with the leftist agenda. To add salt to the wounds, President Donald Trump is ordering new investigations into the Joe Biden administration’s abusive use of the autopen to grease the skids for paid political pardons. Here’s plenty more from Trish Regan.
Disney and ABC might be in DEEP trouble. The Federal Communications Commission is now investigating them over their DEI policies.
This after ABC News had to throw millions at The Orange One to stave off a defamation suit. Wonder what The View will talk about on Monday? Here’s more from Clownfish TV.
The old-style journalism — from ABC to The New York Times — might be dying off. But investigative journalist Matt Taibbi is optimistic that a new style of journalism will emerge.
Here, Taibbi talks with Jimmy Dore about the death of traditional journalism, owing to its links with the receding Democratic Party. Journalists like Rachel Maddow or Anderson Cooper have shown they can’t be trusted.
But Taibbi says ge remains hopeful that a replacement will come. The only question: How long will it take to birth a new journalism — one people can actually trust and believe?
