In December, he allegedly shot several students at that school, killing two of them. He then headed northeast in New England to murder MIT plasma physics professor  Nuno Loureiro at Loureiro’s home in Brookline, Mass. Was this a case of professional jealousies, psychotic madness or something more sinister?
