Trump Seeks Relief From Scotus

Trump submitted his petition to the U.S. Supreme Court, challenging Colorado’s decision to remove him from the 2024 primary ballot. The ballot removal lawyers and the Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold respond.

Trump’s defense moved to hold Jack Smith in CONTEMPT for violating the stay currently in place at the District Court level in the J6 case. According to the filing, Jack Smith is continuing to submit notices and issue disclosures even though the case is on hold while on appeal.

Ray Epps gets an amazing sentencing recommendation of only 6-MONTHS from the Biden Department of Justice. In a filing that reads like it was written by a defense lawyer, the DOJ explains why Ray Epps is definitely NOT a fed and why their sentence is appropriate. Will @FreeStateWill get the same treatment? Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Maine: Known For Its Nuts

Just how brazen was Maine’s Secretary of State Shenna Bellows in removing former President Donald Trump from the state’s primary ballot, before promptly reversing course and reinstating him?

Number One: She says it’s too late to return Trump to the ballot, even if the U.S. Supreme Court rules she must do so. So she not only puts herself above the voters, but ahead of the Supreme Court as well.

Number Two: She didn’t rule Trump unfit based on a criminal conviction, but rather, based on YouTube videos she had seen. In other words, what a dunce!

Who appointed this blithering, blathering idiot to a position of power?  Here’s more from The Gateway Pundit.

Maine’s Secretary of State Shenna Bellows refused to recuse herself before issuing an “opinion” despite having a long history of open Democrat partisanship and a record of pre-judging Trump as an insurrectionist.  U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Kentucky, has a warning for States engaging in this removal madness and the Trump campaign responds.

Maine State Rep. John Andrews calls for the impeachment of the Secretary of State Shenna Bellows for disenfranchising over 300,000 Maine voters via her “opinion.” House Chair Elise Stefanik, R-New York, and Vivek Ramaswamy respond.

Michael Cohen admits he was responsible for creating the fake case citations that ended up in court filings. In a new affidavit submitted by his lawyer, Cohen says he didn’t know the cases were fake. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

It’s Time For Scotus To Decide

Colorado has withdrawn its decision to remove former President Donald Trump from the state’s primary ballot, but now the state of Maine has done the dirty. Maine’s Secretary of State Shenna Bellows has held that Trump’s name can’t appear on the primary ballot.

What’s amazing about Bellows’ decision? She’s not even elected, but merely an appointed pipsqueak. And she thinks she has the right to remove Trump, a former President, from the ballot.

(EDITOR’S NOTE: Bellows suspended her decision over the weekend, apparently after receiving torrential blowback. So, presumably, Trump will remain on the ballot in Maine, just as has happened in Colorado and now also California. We’ll see if any of the other Democrat-controlled states proceed with this weasel action.)

Judge Andrew Napolitano is right. It’s high time for the U.S. Supreme Court to clear the decks and stop this nonsense from state Democratic parties.

Yes, we’re aware of how dictatorial these parties are. They are full of woke monsters who thrive on telling off anyone and everyone who doesn’t agree with their opinions. But the U.S. Constitution protects the rights of all of us to hold diverging opinions. Trump has not been found guilty of any crime in any court of law across America, so Democratic officials who don’t like him can just vote for his opposition, and stop poisoning the ballots of everyone else. Here’s more from Newsmax.

Ovation Eddie has it right: Democrats are engaged in a wholesale campaign of election interference. They’ll keep this nonsense up one state at a time until the U.S. Supreme Court intervenes. The longer the Supreme Court waits, the more chaos reigns. So do your job, Supreme Court justices, and stop these knuckleheads dead in their tracks.

Trump Back On Colorado Ballot

Trump is back on the ballot in Colorado now that the state GOP filed their appeal and petition with the Supreme Court of the United States. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold says she will follow the Court order and stay the removal of Former President Donald Trump from the ballot until the Supreme Court rules otherwise. But another state — Maine — has moved to take Trump off its primary ballot, acting upon the chicanery of its Secretary of State Shenna Bellows.

Trump’s defense is demanding access to secret CIPA filings being submitted by Jack Smith’s team in the Florida documents case. Trump’s lawyers say the defense team needs to know the substance of these filings in order to prepare a proper defense prior to the trial date.

The Maine Secretary of State considering Trump’s ballot removal must be recused from the case, according to Trump’s defense team. In a new letter to SoS Sheena Bellows, Trump attorneys say her past tweets prove her bias and make her unqualified to render an opinion in this matter. Michigan Court Backs Trump

The Michigan Supreme Court just handed a victory to Trump and a MAJOR L to the Soros-backed Michigan government, trying to remove the former President from the ballot. In short, the Michigan Supreme Court defended our free and fair elections as opposed to the leftist and un-American shenanigans we saw from the Colorado Supreme Court. Here’s more from RedPill78.

Next: Trump Removal In Maine?

Trump filed his opening brief to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing Jack Smith’s prosecution should be completely dismissed based on Double Jeopardy and Presidential Immunity. Trump’s defense warns the Court that allowing the shattering of 234 years of precedent will lead to reverberations across American political life for generations.

Litigants in Maine are now using the Colorado decision to get Trump thrown off the ballot in their state as well. In a supplemental filing, the petitioners argue collateral estoppel/issue preclusion precedent prevents Trump from re-litigating the Colorado Supreme Court findings.

Trump slammed Jack Smith over the Christmas break, wishing him and his deranged thug prosecutors a VERY warm holiday. Meanwhile, the FBI is investigating swatting against the Colorado judges and Lisa Monaco warns of an “unprecedented rise” in threats against the U.S. Department Of Justice. Biden Censor Eludes The House

White House Censor Rob Flaherty got a subpoena from Jim Jordan and the House Judiciary Committee after failing to comply with Congressional requests. As seen in the Twitter Files, Flaherty was responsible for threatening social media companies to comply with White House terms or face the wrath of the federal government. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Hunter Insider Gets Subpoenaed

Trump submitted his notice of appeal challenging the “Insurrection” portion of the Judge’s ruling in the Colorado Ballot Removal case. The Colorado Supreme Court also accepted the removal-petitioner’s appeal, which continues to argue for Trump’s removal from primary ballots.

As expected, Judge Tanya Chutkan denied Trump’s motion to strike Jack Smith’s inflammatory language from the January 6th indictment. Chutkan, who also gagged the former President, sees no problem with Jack Smith using insurrectionary language despite bringing no criminal charges of insurrection. Meanwhile, Democrats in the media say Trump is “more dangerous” than Hitler and call for him to be “eliminated.”

The Department of Justice insider who allegedly tipped off Hunter Biden’s defense team to a pending search has been subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee. U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf, who made repeated donations to Democrats, has been ordered to appear to answer questions about her role in the Biden Crime Family coverup. Cannon Stands For America

Trump team drops huge bombshell in classified docs case and Judge Aileen Cannon continues to excoriate Jack Smith’s Special Counsel team. Meanwhile, members of Congress created a subsidy fund allowing them to withstand the insane inflation generated by Joe Biden’s leftist Administration. Here’s more from RedPill78.

Trump’s defense files their reply to their request for subpoenas to access the January 6th records that appear to be “missing.” Meanwhile, Judge Tanya Chutkan DENIES Trump’s defense team access to secret government filings concerning classified documents and to a review of the classified documents themselves.

Rep. Ken Buck testifies in the Trump Colorado Removal Trial, slamming the January 6th Committee Hearing process as being “not complete” without a minority report being included. We learn more about the crowd from those who were present on January 6th as Trump defense presents their case in Day 4 of Trial. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
