Artemis astronauts saw “strange geometric shapes” and vibrant colors on the surface of the moon. The astronauts are now returning from their journey to the far side of the moon.
The NASA capsule is expected to splashdown on April 11. The most likely target remains the Pacific Ocean, although the exact place and time might change as mission milestones are reached. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.
Both U.S. Air Force pilots downed in an F-15 plane over Iran have been rescued in a complex operation that can only be described as an Easter miracle. One pilot was quickly rescued Friday, but the second rescue involved a lot of behind the scenes heroics.
This pilot, while seriously injured, traversed hundreds of miles through rugged mountainous terrain in southern Iran to reach a predesignated extraction point. The Iranians dispatched squads of guards to hunt him down but were led astray through a CIA deception campaign to concentrate their search in the wrong area.
Dozens of aircraft took part in the rescue mission, as well as a commando ground team. The commandos had to work under duress to maintain secrecy and accomplish the airlift before Iranian guards caught wind of where they were. Liftoff occurred Sunday, marking a genuine Easter miracle!
Here’s more from Benny Johnson, citing military sources from within the Trump administration. He says the pilot declared, “God is good.”
Former U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz says he has been told of a top-secret U.S. Army program involving cross-breeding between captured space aliens and human beings. The CIA also played a role in the program, Gaetz says.
Who are the offspring and what kinds of traits do they have? Are they physically different? Do they have varied cognitive abilities?
This has allegedly been happening at six or more locations around the country. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.
Vice President J.D. Vance says U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud and ought to be deported back to Somalia.
This comes after Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez also is charged with ethics violations, centering around a payment of more than $19,000 to a “ketamine” doctor. Records from the Federal Election Commission show that AOC spent campaign contributions to hire a ketamine doctor — a Boston-based psychiatrist Brian Boyle — to conduct a leadership training session. Boyle specializes in ketamine therapy as well as treatment for depression and narcissistic personality disorders.
Likely the bigger bombshell, though, involves Vance and Omar. We will have to see if the charges lead to an actual deportation hearing. Or is this just the usual political kabuki? Here’s more from Trish Regan.
Here, Vance tells Benny Johnson that part of the problem arises because the federal government has not been prosecuting fraud cases involving amounts less than $1.5 million. Sometimes, says Vance, you need to go after the little fish and fraudsters so they will lead you to the bigger whale-like fraudsters.
Vance says the U.S. Justice Department is working to revise its policies so they stand a better chance to prosecute any and all fraud — large and small. Here’s a clip of the Vance-Johnson interview from M.J. Truth.
Hollywood martial arts phenom Chuck Norris has died at the age of 86, his family reports.
“Chuck Norris didn’t die,” says Benny Johnson. “He told death he was coming.”
Norris was one of the few genuine conservatives operating inside Hollywood. He starred in many action films, especially over the 1970s and 1980s, as well as in the CBS TV show “Walker, Texas Ranger.”
The crowd-pleasing icon was surrounded by family members over his final hours. They declined to state the cause of death, but said it was sudden. Speculation has run toward a heart attack. Here’s more from Johnson.
Glenn Beck breaks the news that Chuck Norris has passed away. Or, let’s be honest: He got bored and decided to let death win for a change.
Glenn recalls some of his favorite moments with the man he considered a friend, including the time he asked Chuck where “Chuck Norris jokes” came from…
Tucker Carlson says the intelligence agencies have been spying on him and agents are now threatening him with a crime. This is nothing new, either, Carlson says.
He says U.S intelligence began eavesdropping on his messages back when he worked for Fox News, and was attempting to set up an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Tucker’s latest intelligence entanglement is not focused on Russia but on Iran.
Carlson says he has been speaking with some Iranians, as well as President Donald Trump, and serving as a go-between.
Tucker singled out the CIA as the agency bird-dogging him, and says he might be arrested for a FARA crime. FARA is the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.
There is no electricity and also no Internet, but there are growing reports suggesting an uprising is spreading across Cuba. The people have grown weary of living under such harsh conditions, and now are seeking a change.
Will the uprising topple the Socialist government? Or will the Communist leaders survive by beating down the people? Stay tuned. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.
U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett, the loud-mouthed leftist from Texas, got turned out in her race to advance to the U.S. Senate. In Tuesday’s primary election, Crockett only gathered about 46 percent of the vote, while James Talarico took 53 percent to become the Democratic nominee.
The Republican race advanced to a runoff as the totals were too close to call between sitting U.S. Sen. John Cornyn and his opponent, Attorney General Ken Paxton. The runoff race will happen in May.
Also battling to a runoff in Texas’ primary: U.S. Rep. Al Green, the Texas Democrat who tried six different times to impeach President Donald Trump. Green was beat by a much younger Democrat – 38-year-iold Christian Menefee — but Menefee fell short of 50 percent of the vote, so the two contestants will square off once more in a May runoff. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.
Was a terrorist attack at an Austin, Texas bar linked to the war with Iran? The FBI has now confirmed the attack was an act of terrorism.
It occurred just before 2 a.m., as patrons from Buford’s BackYard Beer Garden were leaving the premises. Two patrons were killed and 14 injured. An immigrant from Senegal, Ndiaga Diagne, carried out the attack, reportedly firing a pistol from a vehicle before engaging with police. The cops fatally shot him at the scene. They found a Quran in Diagne’s vehicle.
Diagne was not an illegal alien. He apparently had undergone the procedures to become a naturalized citizen. It looks as if he moved to Austin between 2008 and 2010. He previously lived in New York City. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.
The forces at Netflix aligned with Barack Obama have withdrawn their offer to buy CNN, making it appear likely the network will instead become part of Paramount. That could spell doom for the left-leaning members of the CNN staff because Paramount is under the control of companies and owners who have been much more favorable to President Donald Trump.
In particular, the figures to watch are Larry and David Ellison. They aren’t brothers, but they are a father-and-son team, both behind Paramount and both somewhat in Trump’s orbit. David is a film producer, while Larry is best known as a co-founder of the Oracle Corporation.
Paramount is bidding to buy Warner Brothers Discovery, the parent company of CNN, so CNN is hardly the only property whose future is at stake. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.
