Pilots on social media have reported blocked rescue efforts similar to what happened in North Carolina as well. At the center of the controversy and disaster, though, is a company called Rainmaker, which was performing cloud seeding in July over parts of Texas.

Josh Sigurdson reports that simultaneously we’re experiencing hundreds of earthquakes in the country and Europe and, most recently, massive flooding in Spain, as the United Kingdom faces potential rationing due to food shortages.
Sigurdson says the deadly floods in Spain appeared to come out of nowhere without rainfall, according to many residents living in the Valencia region, which was hard hit. “When we look at weather maps and precipitation mapping leading up to the flooding in Spain, it’s clear that there is some strange weather modification happening,” he says.
