Will Trump NY Case Get Tossed?

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that the move by New York Judge Juan Merchan to delay the Trump sentencing following the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity, reflects the potential legal implications of the decision, prompting a reassessment of the case.

The delay allows for further examination of how the Supreme Court’s decision affects Trump’s legal standing and potential sentencing and the possibility for the New York trial to be thrown out altogether. Sekulow explains further, plus also discusses Joe Biden’s options in his run for re-election.

Left’s Call To Off Trump, Justices

The Gateway Pundit’s Elijah Schaffer reports that Joe Biden’s most prominent Generation Z supporter, Harry Sisson, is calling for the assassination of Donald J. Trump and the Supreme Court justices following their landmark ruling on presidential immunity.

The 21-year-old Zoomer superfan tweeted that Biden should call on the military to “take all of them out,” reasoning he would be immune from prosecution anyway!

There, in a nutshell, you have what the criminal and demented leftist loonies are all about. A bunch of spoiled children, pouting when they don’t get their “candy.” And to think this is just the beginning of the darkness that will engulf these losers. Stay tuned. More with Schafer.

Juan O. Savin: The Debate

Juan O. Savin returns to Nino’s Corner and host David “Nino” Rodriguez to discuss his much-anticipated opinion of Joe Biden’s disastrous presidential debate performance and what could be next in the Democrat Party playbook.

Savin also explains the critical significance of the Supreme Court’s decision to place the Brunson case on the docket just days before last Thanksgiving, basically thwarting the Deep State’s maneuver to sneak Nancy Pelosi into the presidency.

In light of that turn of events coupled with unsettled business regarding the 2020 presidential race and the debate disaster, Democrats may be stuck with Uncle Joe, if indeed we get to the November election at all. More with Juanito and Nino.

2024: Crazier Than Ever?

Danielle D’Souza Gill welcomes radio show host, Mark Davis, to discuss what the country can expect to play out in what has already been a wild and crazy 2024.

Gill and Davis tackle head-on the issues of lawfare, technology, artificial intelligence, the abortion conundrum and what they expect the Supreme Court to do in the coming months.

Juan O. Savin: Judicial Fraud

Juan O. Savin tells MamaHubs.com that we are currently witnessing a judicial system that’s out of control and no longer following any normative rules or instruction.

Savin says the bizarre antics of corrupt Judge Juan Merchan and disillusioned Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg in the Trump hush money trial was an attack on all of America. “This is a civil rights violation, because this court and this prosecutor are damaging our ability as Americans to have a national campaign with someone who the people want to get a chance to vote for.”

While the Trump legal team will proceed with an immediate appeal of the guilty verdict, Savin says there is more than one case in their arsenal regarding election interference. Savin says the Trennis Evans Colorado ballot-fraud case has the best chance of reaching the Supreme Court.

Savin details the particulars, plus delves into the profound Bible narrative of the Book of Esther, drawing powerful parallels to our current times and emphasizing the divine guidance present in our lives.

Will Trump Return Sooner?

Simon Parkes says Elon Musk is the key to the rampant rumors over the last three-plus years of President Trump’s imminent return before the 2024 Presidential election.

Parkes says it’s one of his scenarios, or options, related to the cryptic video that surfaced following Trump’s 2020 defeat, when a supporter thanked the 45th President for his service during a brief encounter on the golf course. Trump’s response: “Thank you, but it’s not over yet.”

Parkes explains that Musk had nowhere near $30 billion to buy Twitter (now X), but was aided in the purchase by the White Hats. Their aim was not to monitor what X users were discussing, but to drop pertinent information to millions of Americans in a way that Julian Assange did with Wikileaks.

“Watch for Musk, see what he does, see what information he might drop onto X, because that would start a process that would inexorably bring Trump back,” Parkes says. While Parkes says he personally doesn’t think Trump will make an early return, he puts the odds of a comeback at a fairly high 40 percent, which would probably require action by the Supreme Court or the military.

Parkes discusses other scenarios for Trump’s return, plus explains why he thinks Joe Biden will stand down and pave the way for Kamala Harris to serve the rest of his term. Meanwhile, Parkes says, the Democrat Party will more than likely draft California Gov. Gavin Newsom to be their Presidential nominee. Here’s more.

Will SCOTUS Exonerate Trump?

SG Anon says based on the counter-intelligence landscape that we’ve seen play out over the last few years, he’d be surprised if the Supreme Court upholds a blanket executive privilege for President Trump in his tussle with Democrat Party lawfare.

That being said, SG Anon tells Patriot Underground that the court may term executive privilege and Presidential immunity as a Constitutional functionality of the office. He explains further, plus discusses the attempt by the Deep State to jail Trump, BRICS, Gesara and the QFS, the looming Presidential election in November, and more.

Preference Or Discrimination?

All people of conscience can agree that legally discriminating against someone based on their skin color is morally wrong. That’s why it’s against the law.

But what about private discrimination? For example, does a 501(c)(3) have a right to distribute private donations based on race? Scott Ott provides the details and his “Right Angle” colleagues–Bill Whittle and Stephen Green–debate on whether it comes down to personal preference or illegal discrimination.

More Torture For J-6 Prisoners

Not surprisingly, the Biden DOJ has crafted a vicious, new tactic to inflict more torture on Jan. 6 prisoners.

D’Souza explains how the DOJ is now looking to seek enhanced sentences for the alleged insurrection, even though the United States Supreme Court dropped obstruction of an official proceeding charges. He elaborates, plus also explores a critique of Christian nationalism and welcomes journalist and author Josh Hammer to discuss Joe Biden’s problem with Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu.

Crime Without Punishment

From the recent introduction of police bodycam videos, one constant, infuriating theme emerges: serious charges, such drunk driving, disorderly behavior, criminal trespassing and even assault on police officers, are simply being dropped by prosecutors.

Says Bill Whittle, We don’t seem to be having any trouble catching criminals. The challenge seems to be making an arrest more than a minor inconvenience when we do.” Join Whittle and his “Right Angle” colleagues Stephen Green and Scott Ott to discuss the issue.
