It is a beautiful FRIIIDAY!! Huge news from SCOTUS!

The U.S. Supreme Court crushes universal injunctions!

Lawfare lawyers lose! No more leftist lawyers and crooked judges succeeding in tying up the President of the United States!

To put this into perspective, the Democratic judges handed down more injunctions against Trump than were issued during the entire 20th century! Now, the dirty riffraff can go out and try to find some legitimate work! Suck an egg, Norm Eisen!

America For Sale

America’s judges keep countering and undermining rule by the President — the elected representative of the People. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett is the most disappointing of them all. You have to wonder if she’s being blackmailed!

But lower-court judges have been even more outrageous and out of line. We need Congress to reaffirm our government belongs to the people. The House and Senate should reign in the out-of-state courts. We need more accountability and a functional system of governance.

By a vote of 224 to 198, the U.S. House has censured Al Green, the Texas Democrat who mercilessly heckled President Donald Trump during Trump’s State of the Union address.  Democrats flanked Green to sing “We Shall Overcome.” Green is only the 28th Representative ever censured by the House. His conduct was puerile and disgraceful.

A Supreme Court Setback

The U.S. Supreme Court just voted 5-4 to overturn President Donald Trump, ordering him to pay $2 billion in funding for projects undertaken by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Two Republicans voted with the Democrats against Trump — John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett. These are the same two who usually pull this turncoat stuff, and so it’s not shocking to see them do it again.

While it’s a setback for Trump, is it the end of the world? Not exactly, says Eric Eggers, the co-host of The DrillDown Podcast with Peter Schweizer. Eggers says this will slow down Trump’s agenda, but only for a short period of time, while a few older projects draw to a close.

The Supreme Court left open the option to reconsider this, even as soon as a week from now, so change is coming, but won’t happen overnight. Here’s more from Eggers on Redacted News with Clayton and Natali Morris.

We Know What You Did!

The Supreme Court’s decision enabled the Biden Administration to continue the same 2020 election censorship into the 2024 election.

The court ruled 6-3 with Justices Sam Alito, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch taking a stand against censorship, Meanwhile, their more weak-minded colleagues, including Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh and John Roberts,  joined the Democrats in condoning the Biden administration’s censorship of social media accounts. These justices don’t begin to administer justice. They are simply cowards and nincompoops!

House Republicans voted to declare the J6 Committee illegitimate and authorized support for Steve Bannon ahead of his upcoming self-surrender date.

Scotus Inquiry Favors Trump

While a full and final ruling will come later, it’s apparent from the opening arguments and discussions: The U.S. Supreme Court will strike down efforts in Colorado and Maine to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 Presidential ballot.

The only question that remains: Will this be a lopsided court decision? Apparently so. Judging from the questions, all six of the Republican-appointed members of Scotus will affirm Trump remaining on the ballot, and at least one or two — possibly all three, Democratic-appointed justices will concur.

So, Colorado’s Supreme Court will be rejected after its blatantly phony attempt to strike Trump off the ballot, as well the corrupt Maine Secretary of State Sheena Bellows. These low-life idiots do not have the power to deny voters within their own states. They also don’t have the right to thwart the will of Americans as a whole. Hopefully, this will curb any attempts by other Democratic cretins to follow suit. Here’s more from the Next News Network.

The Supreme Court Betrayal

What happened to Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett to lead them to join John Roberts and the Democrats to deny hearing the election fraud lawsuits? We knew Roberts would do so — he’s a full-scale criminal who has no business serving on the court after his excursions to Jeffrey Epstein’s Pedo Island. But what led Kavanaugh and Barrett down this crooked path?

Will Justice Barrett Abstain?

As time runs out before the states’ electors are seated, a momentous Supreme Court decision could come down in literally minutes, regarding voter fraud in the general election. There is still ongoing litigation in Georgia and Wisconsin and those states are considered outcome determinative. And if and when the case reaches SCOTUS, all eyes will be on Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the newest member of the Supremes.

During a discussion on Jay Sekulow Live, hosted by Team Trump legal attorney Jay Sekulow, a phone caller into the program basically asked if Justice Barrett would abstain from voting on the historic case, or outright recuse herself. Sekulow, who also represented Trump in the impeachment hearings, was quick to respond. “She does not have to abstain. Each justice makes that own decision. She did not say she was going to abstain and regardless of the outcome of this election, she’s on for life.”

The panel went on to emphasize that Barrett was never involved in any case in this election cycle, anyway. So for her to abstain wouldn’t make any sense.

Trump Re-election Seen Possible

Simon Parkes says American insiders are telling him the Trump re-election effort has turned a corner, and the “black hats” will soon be sent scurrying as it becomes clear President Donald Trump will return for a second term. Parkes, a British citizen,  cites unnamed sources, apparently within the U.S. military. He believes Trump will not only be re-elected but could win more than 300 electoral votes. The process, though, will not happen overnight, so folks will need to be patient and keep a positive outlook.

Supreme Court Justice Alito Makes BOMBSHELL Move Paving Way To TOSS Biden’s Electoral Votes In Pennsyvania. Alito amended his request for response from Pennsylvania state lawyers by one day pushing the deadline back before the safe harbor deadline. This means that Joe Biden’s electors could be disputed on December 8th and into the 9th by way of SCOTUS challenge and a lawsuit.

Democrats had argued that the previous deadline meant that the lawsuit challenging mail-in voting in Pennsylvania was moot.  Now, it may be exactly what Republicans and Trump need to reject the electoral college votes from Pennsylvania. Republicans are counting on Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Chief Justice Roberts to give Trump a major win changing the game entirely. Jennis Ellis, from President Donald Trump’s legal team, says it has been granted the go-head to conduct analysis of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines used in Antrim County, Mich. This was a county where some 6,000 Trump votes were erroneously shifted to Joe Biden. The analysis, it’s hoped, will show how this occurred and if a command had been entered into the machine to order the flip. It will probably be a day or two before we get results.
