Kirk Prosecutors Under Fire

Attorneys for Tyler Robinson, the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin, are calling for Robinson’s prosecutors to be disqualified. The defense attorneys presented their arguments Friday before Utah Judge Tony Graf, saying a conflict of interest rules out the Utah County Attorney’s Office from proceeding with the case.

If Graf agrees with that opinionm, the Utah state Attorney General’s office would take over the prosecution. It’s not clear how quickly Graf will decide one way or the other, but most court watchers expect a decision over the next couple of weeks.

A change in the prosecutorial team would drag out the case, as the new team would essentially have to start over again. The conflict of interest complaint is based upon the fact that an 18-year-old child of one of the prosecutors was present at the September 10th event at Utah Valley University during which Kirk was killed. George Webb used AI to create the video, featuring himself in a small role, along with Candace Owens, Mitch Snow and other players now embroiled in the effort to uncover the murderers of Charlie Kirk.

Kirk Murder: Past Is Prologue

Someone leaked a glaring oddity in Brian Harpole’s story about how far in advance they plan security.

I have a real-life horror story about what happened at an evangelical University. Charlie Kirk had been scheduled to appear the day after his assassination at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, just up the road from Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Yet Harpole’s security team had not worked out security arrangements for that event, set for September 11 2025 Why hadn’t arrangements been secured? Did they know in advance Kirk would never make that appearance? And, if so, who knew what in advance?

The Huachuca Investigation

Is Mitch Snow, the whistleblower who told Candace Owens about Fort Huachuca, a federal informant? Was he inserted by a federal agency to queer Candace’s investigation? Can he be trusted or is he just spilling fed slop?

Veteran citizen journalist George Webb certainly has his doubts about Snow. Webb, for instance, categorically refutes Snow’s claim that is father was the Zodiac killer.  This is certainly the kind of bold claim that could engender skepticism toward anything and everything Snow alleges.

The Zodiac killer, in case you need a refresher, was a still unidentified serial killer who operated in northern California in the late 1960s. This criminal killed at least five victims, and left two others injured. The killer sent taunting letters to the press, full of cryptograms and mysterious twists. In other words, the killer got off on the notoriety.
