Hunter Insider Gets Subpoenaed

Trump submitted his notice of appeal challenging the “Insurrection” portion of the Judge’s ruling in the Colorado Ballot Removal case. The Colorado Supreme Court also accepted the removal-petitioner’s appeal, which continues to argue for Trump’s removal from primary ballots.

As expected, Judge Tanya Chutkan denied Trump’s motion to strike Jack Smith’s inflammatory language from the January 6th indictment. Chutkan, who also gagged the former President, sees no problem with Jack Smith using insurrectionary language despite bringing no criminal charges of insurrection. Meanwhile, Democrats in the media say Trump is “more dangerous” than Hitler and call for him to be “eliminated.”

The Department of Justice insider who allegedly tipped off Hunter Biden’s defense team to a pending search has been subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee. U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf, who made repeated donations to Democrats, has been ordered to appear to answer questions about her role in the Biden Crime Family coverup. AGs Smack Judge’s Gag Order

Trump’s petition against Judge Arthur Engoron challenging his gag order in the Court of Appeals has been released. The filing is more than 2,000 pages long and includes court transcripts that chronicle Judge Engoron’s misconduct throughout the trial.

Eighteen Attorneys General file a brief in support of President Trump’s appeal of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order in the January 6th prosecution. Speaking on behalf of the citizens of their states, the AGs argue that Chutkan has unconstitutionally limited Trump’s free speech rights and overstepped her authority as the Judge in the case. What Were Jan. 6 Ghost Buses?

Trump To Drop A Bombshell

Trump’s recent filing raises eyebrows after his lawyers provide notice he will be using classified materials in his defense during the January 6th trial. Trump’s attorney provides little details, only that the materials with show evidence of 2020 election interference and more to support Trump’s actions.

Trump’s defense submits their final reply in support of their Motion to Dismiss the January 6th case based on Presidential Immunity. The filing is joined by Jack Smith’s opposition and off to Judge Tanya Chutkan for a ruling.

The Oversight Committee demands answer from the White House Counsel’s Office about Joe Biden’s alleged “loan” to his brother James and the supposed repayment via a $200,000 check. Rep. Trump Defense Slams Engoran

Former President Donald Trump’s defense is challenging Judge Arthur Engoran’s $10,000 sanction, arguing the President has Free Speech rights to make comments about the Judge’s clerk if he so chooses and promising to appeal. Elsewhere, Trump fumed on Truth Social following Michael Cohen’s crumbling testimony from the day prior.

Trump’s defense filed a Motion to Dismiss the January 6th case based on Selective and Vindictive prosecution brought by Joe Biden’s Department Of Justice. In a subsequent filing, Trump’s team also moved to strike the inflammatory statement from Jack Smith’s indictment.

Jamaal Bowman’s original statement about the Fire Alarm Insurrection does not match the newly released surveillance footage and Capitol Hill Police Report. Fortunately for Jamaal, he got the same sweetheart deal that Fani Willis gave to another group of alleged insurrectionists: Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis and Kenneth Chesebro, all got deferred adjudications / dismissals, just like Bowman.
