Trump Takes The Stand

Explosive day in Court after Judge Arthur Engoran ordered President Trump to the stand to explain his comments to the AP. After Alina Habba got convicted perjurer Michael Cohen to admit he is a convicted perjurer, Engoran denied Trump’s motion for a Directed Verdict. Trump’s reaction to the ruling left the courtroom in gasps.

Trump’s defense filed a 34-page Motion to Dismiss his January 6th prosecution, alleging massive defects in Jack Smith’s indictment under U.S. law. We review the filing, which argues that Biden’s DOJ has illegally perverted the U.S. Code to indict their top political opponent.

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has already released his plan for the immediate future under his gavel. Biden’s 25,000 Hidden Emails

n a new filing, Special Counsel Jack Smith asked Judge Tanya Chutkan to order Trump to disclose whether he will be invoking the “Advice of Counsel” defense. A bad ruling for Trump could mean Jack Smith would get access to Trump’s Attorney-Client privileged materials.

Trump Fights Phony Indictment

Donald Trump’s defense team files a major motion to dismiss his J6 election interference prosecution taking place in the District of Washington D.C.

The motion, in all likelihood, will eviserate Jack Smith’s original indictment against Trump. Now, look for the case to be removed from District Judge Tanya Chutkan and probably head to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Senators Shun Menendez

Democratic Senator and Mini-Joe Biden, Bob Menendez, appears in Court for his initial appearance. The Judge orders release conditions for the New Jersey Senator, including requiring him to post a $100,000 bond and to surrender his passport. We review the documents and the bonds set for the other co-defendants. Meanwhile, numerous Senators are calling upon Menendez to resign.

A former U.S. Attorney responsible for prosecuting January 6th defendants has been arrested and charged with crimes related to a road rage incident. According to reports, Patrick Douglas Scruggs, formerly with the DOJ, has been charged with attempting to stab other drivers with a pocketknife. The fake news portrays Casey Hutchinson as a truth teller about the evil Donald Trump and the events surrounding January 6th.
