Fetterman Makes Sense

We’ve dumped often on U.S. Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pennsylvania, for his many wacky, woke and delusional positions, but he’s starting to make a little bit of sense these days.

After the U.S. House voted to expel Republican member George Santos from New York on ethics charges, Fetterman wondered aloud why the Senate isn’t following suit to oust Bob Menendez. He’s the creepy New Jersey senator who has been caught taking bribes from Egypt.

“We have a colleague in the Senate that actually does much more sinister and serious kinds of things: Sen. Menendez,” Fetterman says. “He needs to go. And if you are going to expel Santos, how can you allow somebody like Menendez to remain in the Senate?”  Here’s more from Sean Hannity on Fox News.

Pandemic 2.0: Fireworks Ahead

The Democrats are so desperate, they are returning to their old playbook. That involves the spread of a new disease, leading to lockdowns, face masks and possibly even quarantines.

Once again, we are seeing the first signs of a breakout of this new chosen disease — a pneumonia that threatens children — in Communist China. Keep your eyes open as it spreads worldwide.

By the time of the 2024 presidential election, the Democrats will be in a position to resurrect their usual shenanigans. They’ll be cheating like pigs, using phony absentee ballots, along with massive fraud the night of the vote counting.

Letitia James’ Case Destroyed

Trump’s defense attorneys released Jack Smith’s Search Warrant that ordered Twitter to hand over all data related to people who “liked” or “retweeted” Trump’s Twitter posts. The massively over broad Search Warrant was signed by Judge Beryl Howell, who recently left the D.C. Court and now focuses on slamming Trump in the media.

Leticia James’ civil fraud trial is on the rocks after Trump’s defense introduced witnesses from banks to testify about their role in the Trump Organization loans. According to multiple reports, witnesses testified that Trump’s loans were not unusual and the banks were not harmed by the terms of the allegedly fraudulent loans.

A federal judge ordered the FBI to release an index of files related to the Seth Rich investigation and laptop. Seth Rich, who some have alleged was involved in 2016 Democratic National Committee email leaks, was found dead in the streets of Washington D.C. Engoron’s Law Clerk Busted

New footage shows Judge Arthur Engoron’s Principal Law Clerk Allison Greenfield attended more anti-Trump rallies and colluded with more anti-Trump Democrats than was previously known. In a report via @JudicialProtest, the Judge’s GF is heard supporting anti-Trump prosecutor Alvin Bragg and attending a pro-Biden rally during her campaign for political office.

Now, Judge Engoron’s GreenField is taking part in the Trump case, including advising the Judge on critical decisions involving the Former President. Trump’s attorneys, meanwhile, continue to press their gag order appeal in the New York Court of Appeals.

Trump’s defense attorneys submitted their final reply in their motion to dismiss the January 6th prosecution in Judge Tanya Chutkan’s D.C. Courtroom. Arguing the First Amendment, Trump’s lawyers say Jack Smith’s prosecutors have failed to allege any criminal conduct that is not protected by the Constitution.

Jack Smith filed a notice alerting the Court of Appeals to mean voicemails being left for New York court staff in hopes they will continue to gag Trump. The Former President, meanwhile, exercised his Constitutionally-protected free speech and slammed Judge Engoron and his Principal Law Clerk GreenField on Truth Social. New York Concentration Camps

Liberals are always hyperventilating, accusing conservatives of taking radical actions that the liberals themselves are contemplating. Take the example of New York.

Engoron’s Staff Begs For Gags

Judge Arthur Engoron submitted an affirmation in support of his gag order that came from a Court employee (Lisa Evans, Deputy Counsel for the Clerk) who also conveniently happens to be “Of Counsel” to the Judge’s own lawyer.

Trump-Hating Prosecutor Molly Gaston is BUSTED after Trump’s defense attorneys unearthed a letter she sent to Bill Barr arguing claims of election fraud were “false” before electoral votes were even cast on January 6th.

Governor Kathy Hochul wins the right to continue quarantine enforcement in the State of New York after the Court of Appeals found those challenging the law lacked standing to do so. Hochul continues to try to gain total control over her population with the announcement of new efforts aimed at regulating misinformation and quashing “conspiracy theories” throughout the state. He’s Leaving The U.S. –A!

The Boss, Bruce Springsteen, is now threatening to leave the US of A if Americans re-elect former President Donald Trump. Springsteen joins a small rat pack of Hollywood and New York leftists, notably Cher and Barbara Streisand, who vow they’ll move overseas.

Our opinion? Good riddance!

Biden Criminals Must Fess Up

Timing is everything and it looks like it’s time for the Biden family to fess up before the Oversight Committee. Subpoenas are now being delivered to members of the Biden Crime Family. Here’s more from RedPill78.

Judge Tanya Chutkan ordered former President Donald Trump to disclose to Jack Smith whether his team intends to use the “Advice of Counsel” defense at trial. In her order, Chutkan gave Trump until January 15th to make their decision. If they choose to invoke the defense (unlikely), they will need to disclose internal communications between Trump and his lawyers to the government.

Trump Kids Ordered To Testify

Trump immediately responded to Judge Tanya Chutkan after being gagged (again) while his appeal is pending. In her order, Chutkan claims Trump is unlikely to succeed on the appeal and that her order is justified, allowing her to reimpose the gag.

Trump’s children are ordered to testify, with Don Jr., Eric, and Ivanka scheduled to appear this week in Letitia James’ prosecution of the President. The political witch hunt continues into another week of trial with testimony from government witnesses, accounting figures and property valuations.

Colorado Judge Sarah B. Wallace refused to recuse herself from the Trump ballot case after being discovered to have donated $100 to a PAC dedicated to fighting insurrectionists. She made the donation just days before officially being appointed to a Judgeship by the Governor, leading many to suspect she knew what she was doing.
