Get Ready For The Boomerang

The [Deep State] border agenda is falling apart. The people are not buying what they are selling. The [Deep State] tried to push a cheating system and blame of the border on Trump and Republicans. This has failed.

The Appeals court ruled that Trump does not have immunity. Now the [Deep State] will push everything they have. Trump will appeal the case to the Supreme Court. By removing immunity, this opens up all the other Presidents.

Presidential Immunity Rejected

D.C. Appellate Judges rejected Trump’s claims of presidential immunity in a 57-page opinion, prompting a new battle at the Supreme Court as prosecutors race to convict the former President prior to the election.

Trump’s team submitted their final reply with the Supreme Court in preparation for the upcoming oral arguments in the ballot removal case. Trump Prosecutors Enraged

Former President Donald Trump’s demand for additional discovery seems to have pushed Jack Smith’s team over the edge. In a ranty, 67-page filing, Smith’s team “sets the record straight,” arguing they are allowed to withhold evidence and that Trump’s defense has all the discovery they are entitled to under the law.

The Fani Willis dismissal battle continues to heat up, with Mike Roman’s defense now indicating they have information that refutes claims the Fulton County District Attorney made about her affair with Nathan Wade in her prior filings.

Willis: She Was Getting Boned!

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis now admits: She was getting boned by Nathan Wade, the man she paid more than $750,000 in the Georgia case against former President Donald Trump. But Willis claims her banging Wade has nothing to do with her payments to him. Nor the fact that she gave him more money than others doing the same job.

Our take: Authorities in Georgia will move to strike down the Willis prosecution. It simply can’t stand the test of true justice, being so steeped in corruption, greed and an illicit affair among prosectors. Here’s more from Styxhexenhammer666.

Fani Willis responded to Mike Roman’s Motion to Disqualify in the Trump RICO case, admitting that she and Nathan Wade have a “personal relationship” but that the prosecution is not jeopardized as a result.

Fani Willis gets a subpoena from Rep. Jim Jordan, demanding to know how she used federal funds in her office’s prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

Democrats Will Stop At Nothing

The Nail In Many Coffins

If former President Donald Trump can be prosecuted, so can Barack Obama and George W. Bush, both involved in heinous crimes against the United States. So argue attorneys for Trump.

Will we see “boomerang prosecutions” of these former presidents now that the Democrats have pressed their barrage of indictments against Trump? Have these clowns opened up a true Pandora’s box? Will Trump now be called Precedent Trump?

In this latest video, we also see growing evidence of the overflowing Swamp as non-elected federal officials try to exert control over our nation’s government. These individuals need to back down. Ashli Babbitt Lawsuit Filed

Former President Donald Trump filed a motion to dismiss Fani Willis’ RICO case in Georgia, arguing Presidential Immunity and the Federal Supremacy Clause confirm her prosecution is unconstitutional.

Jack Smith objected to Trump’s request that he be held in contempt for continuing to file motions and deliver discovery in violation of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s stay order. In his response, Smith argued that he is allowed to voluntarily comply with the Court’s suspended deadlines while the case is on appeal.

Ashli Babbitt’s estate is suing the Federal Government for causing the wrongful death of Ashli Babbitt on January 6th. In a Federal lawsuit filed in California, Babbitt’s estate details the negligence that occurred by law enforcement agents on the day of the riot. Jack Smith submitted his reply brief in the immunity battle currently under way in the D.C. Court of Appeals, arguing President Trump does NOT have Presidential Immunity. If he did, says Jack, Trump could use the Power of the Presidency to eliminate his political opponents.

Trump’s team objected to Jack Smith’s attempt to force the defense to disclose whether they intend to use the Advice of Counsel defense in Florida, arguing Illegitimate Jack is trying to needlessly accelerate the trial timeline.

Next: Trump Removal In Maine?

Trump filed his opening brief to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing Jack Smith’s prosecution should be completely dismissed based on Double Jeopardy and Presidential Immunity. Trump’s defense warns the Court that allowing the shattering of 234 years of precedent will lead to reverberations across American political life for generations.

Litigants in Maine are now using the Colorado decision to get Trump thrown off the ballot in their state as well. In a supplemental filing, the petitioners argue collateral estoppel/issue preclusion precedent prevents Trump from re-litigating the Colorado Supreme Court findings.

Trump slammed Jack Smith over the Christmas break, wishing him and his deranged thug prosecutors a VERY warm holiday.
