Trump Court Cases Crumbling

The Democrats hastily threw together their array of indictments and court cases against former President Donald Trump, but now, every last one of these phony show trials is starting to crumble, or has already been swept away. Justice will prevail and the Democrats will have to face Trump, whether they like him or not. They not only will face Trump, but also the wrath of the American people.

Much more news is being released about the harmful vaccine jabs. And even CNN is giving Joe Biden a hard time now, reflecting the public’s growing mistrust of the alleged president. Here’s more from And We Know.

In today’s live edition of The Trish Regan Show, I’m covering the stark warning from Judge Merchan to Alvin Bragg and his prosecutorial team: Tell Michael Cohen to knock it off!

Cohen is set to take the stand on Monday and ahead of that, he’s talking nonstop on TikTok about the case – and it’s a huge problem. This, combined with Stormy’s unnecessarily excessive testimony this week, suggests trouble ahead.

Meanwhile, a new ABC-Marist poll bodes poorly for one candidate in the race for the White House… and, Paul Ryan, a key member of the Fox News Board is telling the world who he intends for… and, let’s just say: It’s not Donald Trump!

Stormy Blows The Prosecution

Stormy Daniels blew the Trump prosecution after Defense Attorney Susan Necheles caught her in repeated lies during her final day of testimony.

Michael Cohen is losing it on TikTok, livestreaming that he is considering a run for Congress while wearing a t-shirt featuring a cartoon of Trump in jail.

Two prosecutors targeting Trump have a history of Democratic support: Matthew Colangelo was paid thousands of dollars for consulting with Democrats while Susan Hoffinger donated more than a thousand dollars to help Joe Biden. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

In today’s live Trish Regan Show, I’m dissecting the news out of the Trump courtroom in New York City as Stormy Daniels takes the stand in day 2 of her testimony. She may be her own worst enemy. Numerous experts now, even those on CNN, agree — Alvin Bragg has little to work with.

Judicial Smackdown

This week, Donald Trump got two huge legal victories: The Florida Trial has been suspended indefinitely, and the Georgia Trial is delayed so a Court of Appeals can consider tossing Fani Willis out on her Fanny.

Besides this, we have the results of an election integrity hearing in Georgia, plus the signing of three new election integrity laws for 2024.

Finally, we’ll look at what’s happening in the absurd New York bookkeeping trial, stemming from an alleged tryst between Trump and pornographer Stormy Daniels. Here’s more from Lori Colley.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey believes all of these prosecutions have been coordinated by Joe Biden’s Department of Justice under Merrick Garland.

In other words, Biden has mobilized the federal apparatus to try to smack down his political opponent. He’s acted more like a tinhorn dictator than an American president.

Biden Accuser Exiled!

Former Senate aide Tara Reade, who credibly accused Joe Biden of sexual assault, unlike the sham that is the Trump-Stormy Daniels debacle, has moved to Russia seeking political asylum from the tentacles of the Biden Administration’s corrupt DOJ.

In an exclusive interview with Tucker Carlson, Reade says she’s become the subject of a sealed, potential indictment of a criminal investigation by the U.S. government.

But Reade says her crime was not shutting up. “I kept pushing for an investigation,” she says. “It’s never been litigated or investigated. All they did was pay money to have the media do hit pieces on me.” More with Reade and Carlson.

Stormy Daniels falsified her OWN business records, according to her former lawyer Michael Avenatti. Issuing a statement from prison, Avenatti explains the inner workings of the NBC documentary scam, created to help Stormy smear Trump and pay off her debts.

Trump Prosecutor Pleads Fifth

Former Trump Prosecutor Mark Pomerantz invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer questions about his role in prosecuting Trump while at Alvin Bragg’s office.

Feds’ Scumbag Prosecutor

Unsealed: New details about prosecutor Jay Bratt’s threats against Walt Nauta’s lawyer Stanley Woodward were revealed in a now unsealed motion by Trump’s defense team. Bratt is the top prosecutor in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Counterintelligence Division.

Judge Juan Merchan saved Stormy Daniels from a Trump subpoena and denied the defense access to materials involved in creating her new documentary that is about Trump.

Bragg’s Pecker Testifies

As the fifth day of the Trump Trial began, Joe Biden’s former prosecutor Matthew Colangelo delivered opening arguments, smearing former President Donald Trump with criminal allegations not charged in the indictment. Colangelo used to work for Biden’s U.S. Department of Justice but is now employed by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.

The district attorney, Alvin Bragg, called his first witness, former American Media Inc. Executive David Pecker, in the Democrat prosecution of Trump in New York. Pecker is a tabloid executive whose company published the Weekly World News and National Enquirer.

Trump’s defense moved to preclude the Access Hollywood tape because it has nothing to do with Stormy Daniels or Karen McDougal. The latter woman is a Playboy model who Democrats have linked to Trump, as they have done with Daniels. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

New York’s Kangaroo Court

The New York “hush money” court case against former President Donald Trump is nothing but a kangaroo court. In one corner, you have Fat Albert — District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

In another corner, you can find the judge, Juan Merchan, an emigrant to this country from Colombia. He applies the styles of corruption seen across so many Latin American countries to American jurisprudence, turning our once-vaunted legal system into trash.

Why is Merchan so intent to keep Trump from attending his son Barron’s high school graduation ceremony? Is Merchan’s real intent to try and prevent Trump from campaigning, seeing as how the Democrats’ incompetent and inept President Joe Biden is still mostly locked away in his basement?

Democrat Prosecutor Alvin Bragg submitted his motion to hold former President Donald Trump in contempt for his Truth Social posts, defending himself against Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.
