FBI Sued For Harassment

Joe Biden’s accuser Tara Reade is suing the FBI for civil rights violations over the harassment she experienced after going public with her story of sexual assault. Jimmy Dore and Kurt Metzger discuss the lawsuit on The Jimmy Dore Show.

How CISA Censors Americans

The weaponization of CISA. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency that’s supposed to protect us from disinformation was actually working with Big Tech to censor, to silence us, to step all over our Civil Rights and First Amendment Freedom of Speech. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Mask-Crazy California

Covid frenzy has faded away in the majority of the country, but it still lives on in uber-progressive California. Stew Peters reports that Los Angeles County alone still mandates masks in airports and on public transit. “It’s a cult ritual they won’t let go of,” Peters says.

He welcomes the latest victim of the California madness, mother and freedom fighter Audra Morgan, who was viciously tackled and pummeled by San Diego police officers for not conforming to the mask restrictions. Here’s the interview, courtesy of Not Fake News.

Military Deceiving Americans

Jesse Lee Peterson, of the JLP Talk podcast, is adamant that the U.S. military is shining us. “They are going along with the government to deceive people, to maintain control over the American people,” he says.

Peterson adds that they are working overtime to remove our First Amendment rights and are now encroaching on our Second Amendment. “May God have mercy on America,” he says. Listen to more of his rant.

Slow Boil Of Our Civil Rights

Amazingly, we are approaching one year since the invasion of the cruel COVID-19 pandemic. And through those 12 months, we have suffered through shutdowns, stay-at-home restrictions, mask mandates and collapsed economies, not to mention the incursion on our civil rights.

But after courageously sacrificing a few weeks here and more days there for the common good, have matters gotten any better? The answer is a resounding NO. Viva Frei host David Freiheit puts it all in perspective: “Nearly a year later, we have basically been stripped and deprived of a lot of our basic chartered, guaranteed rights. The right to peaceable assembly, the right to freedom of association, freedom of enjoyment of our own property. And the more it goes on, the more the violations.”

What it all amounts to is a slow boil of our civil rights. When will it all end? Here’s more of Freiheit’s pertinent message.

A Salvo For Civil Liberties

Liberty is declining and the COVID-19 shutdown is a perfect example. Take the Draconian measures Gov. Gavin Newsom has imposed on the residents of the Golden State–lockdowns across the board and farcical stay-at-home measures.

Valiant Riverside, Calif., Sherriff Chad Bianca, one of a handful of California authorities who will defy the orders, put it succinctly. “The metrics used for closures are unbelievably faulty and are not representative of true numbers, and are disastrous for Riverside County.” He goes on to say Newsom’s edict is a direct attack on our civil liberties and freedom, and adds, “I believe that all jobs are essential to someone.”

Dennis Prager concurs and cites a case in point from the legendary 1969 Woodstock Festival in upstate New York. The rowdy “party” drew more than 100,000 people from across the planet right in the middle of the highly contagious Hong Kong Flu pandemic. The flu, which broke out in 1968 and lasted nearly two years, killed an estimated 1-4 million people worldwide. Yet, there was no social distancing, no masks, no shutdowns, no abuse of our civil rights. Unlike in today’s pandemic climate, why didn’t people get locked down then? “Because people believed in freedom,” Prager says. “It would have been unacceptable to Americans.” Hear more of his logic on PragerU.

What To Expect If Biden Wins

Styxhexenhammer666 expects President Donald Trump to win, giving him roughly a 90 percent chance to be re-elected. But that still means Joe Biden has a 10 percent shot to steal away the presidency. If he does, what can we expect?

First and foremost, economic stagnation.

Two, increased taxes, and not just on the filthy rich. Biden can’t pay for half of what he says he wants. He will need to raise taxes substantially.

Biden will speak little if at all. He’s boring and so he’ll leave a cabal of staffers to run everything. He’ll try to strike down the 2nd Amendment, but probably fail at that. He’ll also go after your civil rights. In short, vote for Trump, even if he rankles you every now and then!

The South’s GOP Transformation

Once upon a time, the Democrats were the party of slavery, segregation and Jim Crow, and the Republicans embraced emancipation and racial integration. Democrats were the party of the Confederacy in the South and Republicans were the Union of the North. Then the 1960s came and everything  switched. Suddenly, the Republicans were tagged as the racists and the Democrats were the so-called champions of civil rights. So what happened? Enter left-leaning academics and journalists, who perpetrated the false narrative that Republicans couldn’t win an election by appealing to the better nature of the country, so they courted the worst. Former professor of political science at Vanderbilt University Carol Swain says this fairy tale and other myths contributed to the incessant lies of the left. She says the transformation occurred because the values of Southerners changed to espousing pro-life, pro-gun and pro-small government. Swain reviews the timeline of the transformation and debunks the myths in this episode of PragerU.

Biden: 44 Years Of Failure

Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden proclaims that if elected, he will get to work on Day 1 to heal the racial division in America. Only problem is, Day 1 came 44 years ago, followed by six terms in the U.S. Senate and eight years as vice-president. So what does he have to show for 44 years of service? Absolutely nothing. Fox News’ Sean Hannity details Biden’s less-than-illustrious record.

Government Bullies At It Again

Washington’s Public Disclosure Commission, which works to shut down political debate, is now seeking to drastically restrict free civil rights advocacy—advocacy that has guided our nation to live up to its ideals of freedom and justice. A first-of-its-kind legal battle over the agency’s actions is now raging in Washington state and will answer important questions about the limits of government power, the right of free speech and political participation, and the ability of civil rights advocates to represent their clients against a government agency when that agency is violating constitutionally enshrined rights.
