The World Rebukes French Jerks

The Olympics sparked a massive worldwide outcry over its jaundiced mockery of Leonardo Da Vinci’s painting The Last Supper.  C Spire, the largest privately owned wireless telephone company in the United States, withdrew its ads supporting NBC’s airing of the Olympics. “We will not be a part of the offensive and unacceptable mockery of The Last Supper,” a spokesman for the Mississippi-based company said.

Here, Steve Turley offers an update on the sharp global rebuke to the spurious charade. The French are prone toward mockery and ridicule, but they have gone too far this time. Their culture is truly despicable.
