Vance To Block Biden Nominees

U.S. Senator J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, promises to stonewall future Department of Justice nominees in Congress unless the prosecution of former President Donald Trump stops. Vance is joined by other Senators in the call to support Trump against the continuing onslaught of government-sponsored legal attacks by the corrupt Joe Biden Administration.

‘Speedy’ Trump Trial Sought

Trump Prosecutor Jack Smith speaks to the cameras about the new Trump indictment and says he is seeking a “speedy trial.” How quickly will this case proceed and can the trial be completed before the election?

The Clinton-Biden double standard exists and matters in a nation of laws. Democrats continue to use the phrase “no one is above the law” but conveniently forget about Hillary Clinton’s problems with her emails. Remember what Former FBI Director James Comey told America and Congress? Lindsey Graham does.

Trump attorney Alina Habba speaks with the media about Trump’s state of mind and whether he will be taking a plea deal in the prosecution. Politico speaks with Trump and asks whether news of the indictment will cause him to drop out of the race.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr blasts Trump after the release of the indictment, telling the media he is “toast.” Barr is joined by other Senators who are declining to stand behind the former President.

Rep. Jim Jordan defends Donald Trump and the partisan prosecution brought by the Department of Justice. In a letter to Merrick Garland, Jordan demands answers about an FBI agent name D’Antuono who was involved in the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago and sat down with Congress for a transcribed interview. Hunters Have Become The Prey

Kash Patel served as the former Chief of Staff to Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller and is responsible for leading the secretary’s mission at the department, including his executive staff and providing counsel to the secretary on all matters concerning the department’s operations. Kash oversaw the execution of several of President Donald J. Trump’s top priorities.

Kash begins the conversation talking about the J6 song that hit number 1. The majority is now pushing back and the [Deep State] now sees who we are. Kash has a lawsuit against Politico and he is going to depose the [Deep State] players. The truth is going to come out. The [Deep State] plan to get Trump failed. He outsmarted them. The Trump Indictment grand jury proceedings were stalled again, with stories speculating there are major problems at Alvin Bragg’s office. Jim Jordan sends letters to former NYC prosecutors and Ray Epps threatens Tucker Carlson.

Winning Night For Republicans

As the vote counting proceeded into the night, the Republicans appeared almost certain to take control of the U.S. House, but it remained unclear if they could also win the U.S. Senate. In other words, there was a Republican wave in the 2022 midterms elections, but falling short of a red tsunami.

As of 6:40 a.m., Politico had the two parties splitting the U.S. Senate, with 48 seats for the Democrats and 47 seats for the Republicans. Republicans who stood poised to win Senate races: J.D. Vance in Ohio, Chuck Grassley in Iowa, Ted Budd in North Carolina, Eric Schmitt in Missouri and Ron Johnson in Wisconsin. But it appeared the Democrats withstood the GOP in New Hampshire, Colorado and Washington states. And the fake news was reporting a John Fetterman victory over Mehmet Oz in Pennsylvania.

Arizona, Nevada and Alaska trailed in their vote counting, so it remained to be seen how those elections would go. Also still up in the air: The Georgia race between Hershel Walker and Raphael Warnock, apparently headed toward a runoff election.

In the U.S. House, Republicans had won 199 seats vs. 172 for the Democrats, but 64 races still had not been called, as of 6:40 a.m. Eastern time, according to Politico. Here, former President Donald Trump provides updates from Mar-A-Lago in a speech broadcast by Newsmax TV.

Scotus Leak Unmasks The Left

A draft decision from the U.S. Supreme Court was leaked late Monday, showing a majority of the nine justices may be ready to overturn Roe V Wade. The source of the SCOTUS leak remains unknown, but the fact it happened at all is demonstrable of ANARCHY, Glenn Beck explains.

The Quartering gives us a rundown on the suspected Supreme Court leaker Amit Jain, a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.  Jain  previously ran a massive venture capital firm in India called Sequoia Capital. Is he trying to influence the Supreme Court and force the Justices to reverse their plans? Or is he simply throwing out some clickbait to drum up Leftists ahead of the mid-term elections?

Roe V. Wade Overturned?

The U.S. Supreme Court has voted to overturn Roe V Wade, ending guaranteed abortion rights, according to leaked documents released by Politico. The documents were said to have been drafted by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. More from Mr. Obvious.

(EDITOR’S NOTE: Sources are now claiming a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor leaked the documents. The clerk has been identified as Amit Jain, a Yale graduate and Indian national, who formerly was CEO of Sequoia Capital. He has previously been linked to Josh Gerstein, who wrote the Politico Roe v Wade article.)

If these leaked documents are authentic, this will be the first time such a disclosure has ever been made regarding a case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. Who made the leak? On Fox News, longtime legal advisor Alan Dershowitz speculated that a liberal law clerk most likely spilled the documents, hoping to generate a buzz against conservatives on the Supreme Court.

Americans Lose Faith In Biden

A poll conducted by liberal stalwart Politico-Morning Consult, concludes that Joe Biden is simply too old to be president. The report reveals that Americans have Increasing doubt about the health and mental fitness of the president.

Only 40 percent of voters surveyed agreed that Biden is in good health, while 50 percent disagreed. Says Bill Mitchell, of Next News Network, “That 10-percentage point gap, outside the margin of error, represents a massive 29-point shift since October of 2020.” Here’s more of the Politico poll details on Next News Network.

Trump Versus Fake News

The Patriot Report reminds us that we’ve heard a lot of misinformation circulating out there, but ironically, most of it is being generated by the Biden Administration and the liberal mainstream media.

Case in point is the latest attack from a Politico editor, who called out President Trump for his anti-vaccination sentiment. Problem is, there was no anti-vax sentiment, not even close. Buyer’s Remorse

What American voters thought they were getting with the election of Joe Biden and what they got are two very different things. Millions of people who voted for Biden have no idea who he really is. The reason why can be traced directly to the dishonest and corrupt mainstream media. And to be fair, you really can’t fault somebody from making a bad decision, if they’re given bad information.

But now that all is said and done–or so they think–the truth is rearing its ugly head. Take The Washington Post, which just admitted that President Trump did not incite the Capitol riot. This nugget of truth after Biden took office. Makes you wonder about the lies splashed across their pages before the election. More cases in point come from Biden’s executive orders on his first day in office. One of his first measures was halting construction of the border wall, a structure that the majority of Americans supported, and banning the travel order from terrorist Muslin countries. So will Biden be responsible if a terrorist or two slips into the country to create havoc? Again, truth versus reality.

But the post-election gem, says political commentator Bill Whittle, comes from news outlet Politico, who says it is no longer going to cover Biden’s cognitive dissonance. Whether he won the election fairly or unfairly, the COVID pandemic provided him the opportunity not to appear in public or prepare statements. Now, he’s in the Oval Office–the real world–and he must deal in real time. “Buyer’s remorse is coming in a series of semi-trucks, an entire convoy of all these things coming out now,” Whittle says. “None of these things came out before the election.” Here’s more with Whittle.
