Left-leaning journalist Glenn Greenwald joins Tucker Carlson on Fox News to discuss Elon Musk’s firing of Twitter deputy general counsel James Baker. Tucker appears stunned to learn just how deeply the corruption ran at Twitter. More from Dave Rubin on The Rubin Report.
Did Jim Baker delete files before being fired from Twitter? Elon Musk tells us. The White House still has no comment, but Republicans Jim Jordan, James Comer and Ron Johnson do. Josh Hawley files an Amicus brief on a Section 230 Supreme Court case.
The U.S. Supreme Court hears oral arguments in Moore v. Harper, a case that discusses the Elections Clause and who controls how Federal elections function. Justices Roberts, Thomas, Jackson, and Sotomayor raise questions.
The End of An Error? Pucker up, it’s going to be a bumpy ride. More from RazorFist.
On Wednesday, we ran a video by The Quartering identifying Amit Jain, a law clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, as a possible suspect who might have leaked the Roe vs. Wade draft ruling from the Supreme Court. Now, a second clerk, Elizabeth Deutsch, who is in the employ of Justice Stephen Beyer, has been fingered as another possibility.
Did Jain, or Deutsch, leak the documents, or did another, as unnamed clerk commit the dirty deed? We don’t know and so we can’t say, but we will continue to explore and review the options. We promise to fill you in if we ever find anything conclusive. Here’s the Deutsch report from Red Voice Media.
A draft decision from the U.S. Supreme Court was leaked late Monday, showing a majority of the nine justices may be ready to overturn Roe V Wade. The source of the SCOTUS leak remains unknown, but the fact it happened at all is demonstrable of ANARCHY, Glenn Beck explains.
And now, how the far-left already is choosing to move forward from it — like Bernie Sanders calling to pack the court — could UNMASK their dangerous beliefs. Could the far-left use THIS to further burn our cities to the ground? More from Glenn Beck.
The Quartering gives us a rundown on the suspected Supreme Court leaker Amit Jain, a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Jain previously ran a massive venture capital firm in India called Sequoia Capital. Is he trying to influence the Supreme Court and force the Justices to reverse their plans? Or is he simply throwing out some clickbait to drum up Leftists ahead of the mid-term elections?
he Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade, according to a leak of the initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito. It was published by Politico on Monday night. The word of Roe’s overturn shook the political world, and it means the right to abortion would no longer be determined by the US Supreme Court’s decisions, but by individual states. Pro-Lifers celebrate, as the Left is losing their minds! More from Lori Colley,
It’s incredible when you are a sitting Supreme Court Justice and are not only called out for your lies, but also caught red-handed. On The Fringe’s Dan Radiostyle takes on Justice Sonia Sotomayor for her false statement that more than 100,000 children are hospitalized with Covid 19.
Even CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky refuted the blatant lie on Monday. Says Radiostyle, “Do you think she survives this? No way in hell. Certainly, Supreme Court justices can be impeached.” Here’s his report on Sotomayor, plus an intel update.
Kamala Harris gets disrespected as U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayer mispronounces the vice president’s name during the swearing-in ceremonies Wednesday morning in Washington DC. More from The Salty Cracker.
The Supreme Court just overturned the opinions of two lower courts and said a law enforcement officer who had a hunch did not violate a man’s Fourth Amendment rights when he stopped his car without “reasonable suspicion” of lawbreaking. Conservative Associate Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the opinion for the 8-1 majority, with only Liberal Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor in dissent. Are you willing to give a cop discretion to stop you if he “lacks information negating an inference?” The “Right Angle” crew of Bill Whittle, Stephen Green and Scott Ott engage in an intense debate on the issue on the Bill Whittle Channel.
