The world is filled with makers and takers, like Elon Musk and Sen. Elizabeth Warren.
Makers create. Some get rich, like Musk, who creates cool things like Tesla cars and Starlink satellites that let poor people access the internet. Then there are takers, often politicians such as like Warren and Sen. Bernie Sanders, who grab other people’s wealth and spend it the way they want.
John Stossel acknowledges that the best example of makers and takers are Musk and Warren. He explains further and details the differences.

He not only lied about growing up poor, when his family owned a lucrative emerald mine, but also fabricated facts about his college education and, later, his associations with Pay Pal and Tesla.
