The U.S. Supreme Court will decide if former President Donald Trump should have immunity from the multiple charges being leveled against him by Democratic prosecutors and lower-court “justices.” We use quotes around the term “justices,” because it’s abundantly clear that idiots like Arthur Engoron or the leftard prosecutor Jack Smith have no reverence to the law and do not abide by the law. They are nothing but political hacks, appointed by leftists and doing the bidding of leftists.

We have predicted for more than a year that the Democrats won’t go forward with Joe Biden as their 2024 Presidential nominee. Now, the J.P. Morgan Chase Bank concurs. An analyst from the bank says Biden’s deteriorating health will force him to pull out the 2024 election. The Democrats will be left to nominate a new candidate at their convention this summer.

Mediate released its poll of the 75 most influential journalists of 2023. As expected, leftists dominate the list, while quite a few of the conservatives cited are outright phonies like Ben Shapiro of The Daily Wire. Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, Megan Kelly and Elon Musk made the list, but Alex Jones didn’t at all, nor did Dan Bongino or even Tim Pool. Tim Pool reports that New York Federal Judge Loretta Preska on Monday issued an ultimatum for the release of the names of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims and associates.
Sourcing CNN, Pool said Preska set a deadline of two weeks–Jan. 9–for the names to be made public. CBS News’ Lana Zak reports that a federal judge on Wednesday blocked an order from New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham that had suspended the right of private citizens to carry firearms on public property in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.
Grisham said the suspension was part of an effort to tackle rising gun violence in the metro area. She cited a public health emergency after three children were fatally shot in recent weeks. Bernalillo County Democrat Sheriff John Allen, opposed the ban, calling it unconstitutional. More from CBS News.
