Meet James Boasberg. He’s the chief justice of the U.S. District Court in Washington D.C. Appointed by former President Barack Obama, Boasberg is one the more corrupt purveyors of the leftist practice known as “lawfare.”
Last week, he ordered President Donald Trump to turn back flights transporting more than 250 criminal aliens to El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, known by the acronym CECOT. The flights carried members of the El Salvadoran gang M-13 as well as the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
Why would any justice in his right mind want such hardened criminals returned to America? Boasberg didn’t reveal his connection to these outfits. It turns out his daughter Katharine Boasberg is a principal staffer for a 501-C-3 called Partners for Justice. She works there providing legal advice to criminal aliens and violent gang members! What’s more, the judge’s wife, Elizabeth Manson, is founder of a northern Virginia abortion clinic — Meadows Reproductive Health & Wellness.
The charitable involvement extends to his sister Margaret– married to Christopher David Bierly from the Bain Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm based in Boston, Mass. Margaret serves as a partner for the Bridgespan Group, a consulting firm for non-profits, while husband Christopher also works extensively with non-profits, handling environmental and social advisement. The Bridgespan Group advises the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation, among other heavy hitters.
Trump has called for the impeachment of Boasberg, leading to Trump receiving a verbal rebuke from U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. Judges reverse Trump: Is U.S. AID back? U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang, based in Maryland, has ruled that the dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) violated the U.S. Constitution.

There’s never been an American president more reprehensible than Joe Biden. This vile and lazy cad vacationed more often then he worked. Generally, we have applauded President Donald Trump, finding him much more honest and proficient than Joe Biden. But Trump is not quite the strong advocate of free speech that he claims to be. He is now threatening colleges and universities that allow pro=Palestinian protests to happen.
Trump doesn’t like these protests, nor do we, because they slam Israel. But as long as the protests abide by law, they should have the same rights as anyone to express their thoughts and opinions. Our Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution make this clear, and President Trump, of all people, should follow our Constitution. This is not something that can be dictated by Israel.

Mike Benz, founder of the Foundation for Freedom Online, sits down with Tucker Carlson to explain how USAID, the U.S. Agency for International Development, became a deep web — more like a hornet’s nest — pushing every facet of the leftwing agenda. Not only did this agency back transgenderism, but also online censorship, Black Lives Matter riots, unfettered immigration, George Soros’ leftist prosecutors and a global narcotics ring.
Obviously, the U.S. Constitution stands in way of a federal agency being so blatantly biased and political. So USAID adopted an ingenious workaround. The agency didn’t do the dirty work itself, but gave grants to thousands upon thousands of NGOs, or Non-Governmental Organizations, to take actions that USAID couldn’t legally do itself.
These workaround arrangements skirted the law, while grossly violating our nation’s principles and heritage. Here, in a two-hour conversation with Carlson, Benz relays some of the most egregious examples of what happened, drawing from his background as a State Department official.
One of the most dispiriting examples he cites: How the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) became the NGO used to push widespread online censorship. The ADL was founded to combat anti-Semitism, a worthy cause. But now this organization has morphed into something truly ugly and insidious — tearing down our Bill of Rights. Not acceptable in any shape or form!
Another NGO that actively censored individuals and news outlets: the Internews Network. Headed by Jeanne Bourgault, who was paid $500,000 annually, the Internews Network received $472.6 million from USAID to train foreign journalists and to police what it called “disinformation” at home.
What’s disinformation? That’s the codeword used by leftists to describe anything that’s conservative or moderate, anything that the leftists want to censor. In short, our tax money was being used to squelch our own freedom. Internews pushed Covid-19 propaganda, as well as pro-Ukraine and the usual climate change nonsense.
How did Bourgault score such a lucrative position? She paved the way for her own lucrative gig by working six years at USAID, before joining Internews Network in 2001. She is among the individuals profiled on the World Economic Forum (WEF) website. There, she advocates open borders and has worked cooperatively with George Soros’ Open Society Foundation.

When former President Joe Biden spent $80 billion to hire 87,000 new agents for the Internal Revenue Service, the IRS went ape shit, conducting random and wholly illegal surveillance on the bank accounts of thousands upon thousands of Americans, in complete violation of the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It’s not at all shocking we had such a fraud-ridden and corrupt IRS given how mentally decrepit Biden actually was.
Here, Harriet Hageman, the Republican Representative from Wyoming, outlines how the IRS used this surveillance along with AI, or artificial intelligence, to try to ferret out taxpayers to harass. Hageman, from the House Judiciary Committee, joined with the Committee’s Chairman Jim Jordan to demand former treasury Secretary Janet Yellen explain the questionable data collecting practices. The agency never obtained warrants or subpoenas, the IRS simply demanded unfettered access to accounts and the banks rolled over.
“So one of the things that I have learned since I’ve been in Congress is that there are quite a few people in government who do not recognize our constitutional protections,” Hageman said. “They’ve kind of forgotten or at least ignored our Bill of Rights.” Here’s more from Matt Morse TV.
