Today, we offer an excerpt from a 1981 documentary film — a film called Nostradamus: The Man Who Saw Tomorrow, narrated by the late, great Orson Welles. Made in 1981, the film introduces the future prophecies of Nostradamus, a 16th century French psychic, chemist and apothecary who served as astrologer for Queen Catherine de Medici.
Nostradamus (short hand for “de Notre Dame,” or, “of Notre Dame”) spelled out his predictions in a series of quatrain verses. They first began to appear in the year 1555, and have been collected together in a book under the heading “The Prophecies.”
There are verses scholars say foretold the rise and fall of Napoleon Bonaparte, as well as Adolf Hitler and World War II. Here, we’re most concerned with his prophecies surrounding a third “anti-Christlike figure,” a fighter from the Middle East, possibly from Iran or Persia, called The Blue Turban.
Nostradamus predicted this figure would ignite a war lasting 27 years, a war involving long-term nuclear and biological warfare, leading not only to chaos across Europe but also the New World. Two of the verses describing this world war talk of “trumpets” sounding alarms. One verse goes:
The trumpet shakes with great discord.
An agreement broken: lifting the face to heaven:
the bloody mouth will swim with blood;
the face anointed with milk and honey lies on the ground.
Is the term “trumpet” signaling a reference to President Donald Trump? Or do you jump to conclusions when making that assumption? How accurately can we interpret Nostradamus? Might his forecasts apply to multiple occurrences over many centuries?
Here’s the part of the film that pertains to the Third World War. Watch and draw your own conclusions. While Nostradamus foresaw much carnage and violence, he believed peace would return following this war. He also foresaw the end of the world, but not happening until the year 3797!

Operation Paperclip was a real government operation in which over 1,500 German scientists, engineers and even war criminals came over to the United States—and they were integrated into US government organizations and departments. Some Nazis spearheaded new developments in places such as NASA. Many military officials expressed their fears that former Nazis would gain access to top secret clearance intel within the government, but because it was all kept quiet, it couldn’t be addressed directly.
Something darker seemed to be brewing alongside all this, as well. Some former Nazi leaders were rumored to have fled to South America to escape capture by the allied forces, and they lived out the rest of their lives in a somewhat normal manner. There were indeed all kinds of German colonies established—and even declassified CIA and FBI documents—pointing to the fact that Hitler himself escaped and went to Argentina. There may be proof of him being there and marrying his mistress.
Adolf Hitler didn’t die inside a bunker in Berlin, but fled to South America, where he lived until the 1960s. He spent some time in Argentina, as well as neighboring Paraguay, and had two daughters over this period in exile. The CIA was well aware of it, as well as the American presidents.

While many pundits asserted Hitler died in a Berlin bunker at the conclusion of World War II, others alleged he had instead quietly relocated to the jungles of South America. Some placed his new home in Argentina, others identified neighboring Paraguay.
In anticipation of a treasure trove of documents from Milei, we present here a History Channel documentary called Hunting Hitler: Secret Lair Hidden in Argentine Jungle. Released in 2023, the documentary follows Tim Kennedy, U.S. Army Special Forces, as he joins archeologists Philip Kiernan and Daniel Schavelzon to explore a mysterious Nazi complex deep in the jungles of Argentina.
