The U.S. Supreme Court issued several minor rulings Tuesday, allowing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of Justice to tighten requirements on immigrants, especially those involved in criminal proceedings.
In a 6-3 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that DHS can strip green card holders of their legal status if they travel abroad while facing criminal charges.
There were other rulings, mostly good, and mostly in favor of the Trump administration. As the Supreme Court concludes its current term, a ruling on birthright citizenship is expected later in the week. Vice President J.D. Vance has recommended the U.S. Justice Department hand down criminal referrals against Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. The recommendation follows months of investigations showing federal fraud running into the billions of dollars in Minnesota.
It’s alleged Walz and Ellison have been aware of this monstrous level of fraud for many years now, but have declined to stop it because the perpetrators are largely Somali refugees who heavily vote in favor of the Democrats. Many indictments have now been handed down against these fraudsters.

Hasan Piker is in BIG TROUBLE – and he’s freaking out. The US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control has subpoenaed Hasan over his March trip to communist Cuba. Quote: “it’s not great that they’re after your boy, they’re up my a**.”
