Green Party Case To Supremes

The ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that its Nevada election interference case will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sekulow said the case surrounds what ACLJ deems the Democrat Party’s unlawful removal of Green Party candidate Jill Stein from the November presidential election ballot. The action comes on the heels of ACLJ’s successful defense of President Trump’s ban from the Colorado primary election ballot.

“We’re fighting to ensure all Americans have the right to vote for the candidate of their choice,” Sekulow said. More from ACLJ.

Nevada Ballot Interference

The conniving Democrats have just ensured themselves another disappointing trip to the halls of the U.S. Supreme Court, after more election interference in Nevada was exposed.

Jay Sekulow reports that OfficialACLJ has filed an emergency application asking SCOTUS to protect the right to vote, this time in the state of Nevada, following the Democrat Party’s attempt to keep Green Party candidates off the November election ballot. This on the heels of ACLU successfully representing President Trump in his winning effort to remain on the Colorado ballot.

Sekulow, chief counsel for ACLJ, dissects the issues and explains the course of action.

Fishy Act Blue Donations Probed

“He did not do $300,000 worth of anything in three years,” exclaims Pam Fridrich, wife to Heinz Fridrich, when presented with Federal Election Commission data by an OMG Citizen Journalist in Fernandina Beach, Florida, claiming the Fridrichs donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to ActBlue. When asked if they had made the contributions, Pam responds, “Not to my knowledge.” The Fridrich family, overwhelmed by the allegations, remains perplexed by how such large sums could be attributed to them.

Across the country, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Elaina Bulow, a devout Democrat, is reportedly linked to around 830 donations totaling roughly $111,000. Bulow, who regularly monitors her bank statements, was outraged when presented with the FEC data, stating bluntly, “What’s on that website is a lot of bullsh*t.” Despite being a frequent donor, Bulow denies contributing anything close to the reported amount, saying, “Not that much… Not $111,000.”

Similarly, Salt Lake City, Utah, resident Marilyn Shearer found her name tied to nearly 3,600 transactions totaling over $133,000. Shearer admits to donating regularly, stating, “I donate quite a bit, probably every day, which is frustrating.” Despite her frequency in donating, she is stunned by the transactions attributed to her name. When questioned about the possibility of donating upwards of $100,000, Shearer shook her head no in disbelief.

The ActBlue donation legitimacy issue is escalating, with attorney generals from Texas, Wyoming, Missouri, Virginia, and two anonymous states launching investigations into the organization’s questionable fundraising practices. Here’s more from the O’Keefe Media Group.

Who’s The Man In A Gray Suit?

Senator Ron Johnson, the Wisconsin senator, reveals stunning new details about the cloud of disinformation surrounding the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Who is the mystery man in a gray suit calling on law enforcement to email him photos of the dead would-be assassin?

And who fired the second round of shots?  It’s clear from audio forensics that there were at least two shooters on the grounds of the Pennsylvania rally, not just Thomas Matthew Crooks, but Crooks and someone else. Chris Martenson from Peak Prosperity gives us a sharp presentation of the audio forensics. Here’s more from Clayton and Natali Morris on Redacted News.

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has resigned in disgrace. Meanwhile, we learn that Joe Biden has had a stroke while visiting Las Vegas, Nevada.

Here, Benny Johnson brings us up  to date, and interviews Nancy Mace. She’s the U.S. Representative from South Carolina, whose crippling interview with Cheatle likely influenced the Secret Service chief’s decision to step down.

Trump’s Victory Lap In Virginia

Donald Trump’s first big rally after the presidential debate came in Virginia. Was that a victory lap? Could be.

Polls already had Trump ahead before the debate last Thursday. If he added a point or two more in support following the debate, states like Georgia, Nevada and Wisconsin became much more likely to go for him in November.

Hence, we could see him now spending a lot more time in Virginia, as well as Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico and Arizona — all states that Joe Biden carried in 2020. Here’s more from Styxhexenhammer666.

Military To Safeguard Election

The U.S. military will work to prevent any election fraud or cheating in the 2024 presidential election. Former President Donald Trump spoke of the military’s new role at a campaign rally in Las Vegas, Nevada, pledging to support the efforts of the military to safeguard the election.

It remains to be seen whether the Democrats also will embrace military involvement, or seek to sow dissension and fraud. Here’s more from the Christian Patriotic News.

Libertarians: Just Chess Pawns

The Libertarians who jeered and booed former President Donald Trump had no clue. They simply acted their roles as pawns on a chess board — a large chess board where many of the pieces are now gone, leaving only a few moves left to settle.

Trump’s showcase rally in the Bronx still is rattling the leftist Democrats. He is formulating new plans to revitalize America’s broken-down and shattered inner cities, just as Ronald Reagan had done decades ago. The Democrats have done nothing for inner city residents, simply exploited their age-old grievances and aggravated their pains. Trump will take concrete steps to revitalize these cities and restore a Great American Infrastructure.

Will Nevada use voter IDs to cut down on cheating and fraud? If so, can its steps be copied by other states seeking to return elections that American can trust — not more shams like the bullshit surrounding the election of Joe Biden. The man couldn’t even walk, let alone talk, so he had no busy anymore near the White House! Here’s more from And We Know.

Newsom Aids Trump’s Bid

Why is former President Donald Trump running so far ahead of Joe Biden in Nevada and Arizona? Obviously, residents from both states reject Joe Biden’s open border policies and the wholesale degradation in the quality of life across the American Southwest. But there’s another undercurrent as well that’s helping Trump.

Both states get a large share of their gasoline from refineries in California — refineries that California’s Democratic Wingnut Gov. Gavin Newsom has been trying to drive out of business. As more of the older refineries close, the price of gasoline keeps escalating. In California, and now in Nevada and Arizona as well, the price is running at least $1 and quite often $2 or more ahead of the national average per gallon.

California’s leftist kumquats might not care, but Nevadans and Arizonans are growing more steamed. Add a Hispanic Vice President, like Marco Rubio, and Trump could not only take Arizona and Nevada, but possibly sweep the other Southwestern states of Texas and New Mexico as well. Probably not Colorado. Too many dopers, or assorted other dimwits like the nut patch in California! Here’s more from Neil Johnson.

Swing High In Virginia

Styxhexenhammer666 recommends that Virginia be added to the short list of swing states that former President Donald Trump can win in 2024. Styx says Trump shouldn’t focus exclusively on New Jersey, Michigan, Wisconsin or Pennsylvania. Styx would also add Virginia and Maine.

We’d like Trump to consider another state as well: New Mexico. Trump is already doing exceptionally well in Nevada and Arizona. That’s because more Hispanics are turning toward Trump, while Anglo populations are aghast by Joe Biden’s abysmal handling of the southern border. Those same factors are at work in New Mexico as well, so go for it! Let’s romp and send the leftists packing!

TEARS 😂

Nikki Haley is facing defeat again — this time in her own state of South Carolina. Polls suggest she will handily lose to former President Donald Trump in the Republican primary on Saturday in South Carolina. But will Haley withdraw from the race so Trump can begin to collect federal campaign support as the presumed Republican Party nominee in 2024?

Of course not! Haley wants us to believe she’s a dedicated fighter, running a never-say-die campaign juggernaut. In point of fact, she’s just another scam artist.

She’s being paid by big-ticket donors, most of them Democrats, like Reid Hoffman, longtime associate of child rapist Jeffrey Epstein. Her apparent mission: To distract Trump long enough so maybe the incompetent Joe Biden can win.

She’s delusional if she believes Republican voters want her. We don’t! If she’s walloped in South Carolina, she needs to step aside.

So don’t shed any crocodile tears for Nikki. And plan on jeering her if she keeps thwarting the Republican rank-and-file. Here’s more from Mark Dice.

In other election news, Jesse Watters breaks some new ground on Fox News by discussing voter fraud and how Democrats have used mail-in boxes to cheat. Here’s a short clip from The Gateway Pundit.
