How To Drain The Swamp

How exactly do you go about draining The Swamp? First off, says Liz Wheeler, you can’t successfully drain The Swamp, unless you know where it came from.

The former One America News anchor defines The Swamp, or Deep State, as the Administrative State, composed of government employees and officials in agencies of the Executive Branch of federal government, who are not elected, not appointed, have no accountability to voters, are nearly impossible to fire, yet have the power to impose rules and regulations on we the people.

So how did the Deep State get so entrenched in our government? Short answer: Blame the progressives. They attacked our constitutional government’s enshrined view of limited government, beginning with President Woodrow Wilson and his radical ideas, followed by FDR’s  progressive New Deal and President Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society, all which damaged the separation of powers envisioned by our founding fathers and empowered Swamp creatures to rule behind the backs of our elected officials.

Wheeler says firing these leaches won’t solve the problem and neither will one President. The answer to fixing the fundamental problem requires the Legislative Branch to stop delegating power to executive agencies and for the judiciary to reject the Administrative State on a Constitutional basis. Problem is, members of Congress–both Democrats and Republicans–don’t want to drain The Swamp. Here’s more with Wheeler.

Twitter PR Exec Banned Trump

In retrospect, the permanent ban of President Trump from Twitter can be described as a cultural event. Why? Because Trump pretty much lived on Twitter. It was his unique way of expressing his personality by sidestepping the media and perhaps the most powerful method of connecting with his constituents.

But as we contemplate the aftermath of the censorship, looney Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey wasn’t solely responsible for the banishment, although he whole-heartedly supported it. The true architect of Trump’s suspension was Vidaya Gadde, a PR executive at Twitter and, ironically, the daughter of ulra-conservative Indian immigrants, who moved to the U.S. in the late 1970s or early ’80s. She received an Ivy League education at Cornell and went to New York University Law School, before making a beeline to Silicon Valley. Says Dinesh D’Souza, Gadde was probably part of the great Indian diaspora of very conservative Indian families who came to America. “If you look at the way they behave, it’s to the right of Pat Robertson.”

So how did Gadde assume an ideology that was so alien to what her culture believes and thinks. D’Souza says the answer is simple. What happens to these Asian Americans who attend elite schools and plant themselves in progressive American cities, is that they assimilate to progressive culture. “In other words, they want to become American, and becoming American for them is assimilating to the culture of Yale, or the culture of Cornell or the culture of San Francisco.” He adds that part of this assimilation is coming up with made-up stories of gender discrimination or racism. A sad epithet, indeed.

Here’s more from D’Souza, including is own skit of what really happened in the Gadde family.

Progressives Will Surrender

As Blizzard has demonstrated, the progressives do not have the stomach to stand up to the white supremacists. Progressives will surrender to Nazis. More from Sargon of Akkad.

If Natives Were Progressives

Here’s a satirical look at what would happen if the European Colonists applied today’s progressive, liberal, cultural Marxist, “politically correct” terms to justify their conquest of the Americas. This video also explores if the native aboriginals would be found GUILTY or not, for their refusal to embrace “diversity and multiculturalism,” and simply accept the European “refugees.” More from the Truth Monger.

The Struggle For Stupidity

Bill Whittle recently stumbled upon a 100-year-old sixth grade textbook titled Literature Reader: Sixth Year, by Leroy E. Armstrong, a compilation of written tales and their analyses, basic literature and story structure. But amazingly, Whittle says, a passage from the California textbook would probably elude most college students today.

“That’s what sixth graders were reading 100 years ago in 1914, but if a college student graduated today with a full and complete grasp of that one single paragraph, they’d probably be better educated than they are today after a quarter-million dollars or so of student debt.” Whittle elaborates on what he calls the progressive struggle for stupidity in this edition of “Firewall” on Truth Revolt.
