The CDC admitted it withheld critical data on vaccines for fears the public would deem the jabs ineffective. One America News’ Pearson Sharp says The New York Times, of all places, is reporting that the CDC has released only a small fraction of the mountains of data it has collected, including how boosters shots affect our youth. The FBI and Southern District of New York raided the homes of journalists employed by Project Veritas. Says Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, “It appears the Southern District of New York has journalists in their sights for the supposed ‘crime’ of doing their jobs lawfully and honestly, or at least this journalist.”
O’Keefe says the cover letter to the grand jury requested that Project Veritas refrain from disclosing the existence of a subpoena. But strangely, says O’Keefe, within an hour after the home of one of the journalists was raided, The New York Times called the reporter to ask for comment. Here’s the rest of the story from O’Keeffe.
In a stirring condemnation of Dr. Anthony Fauci that Fox News refused to post on YouTube, Tucker Carlson called out “America’s doctor” for letting the coronavirus pandemic happen. Fox apparently found the report so controversial that it did not make it available on YouTube for fear of being penalized.
Citing an article in Medium, by former New York Times science editor Nicholas Wade, Carlson says that the piece makes it clear that more than any other American, Fauci was responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic. He says Wade lays out a nearly insurmountable amount of evidence that the virus originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China, where gain-of-function research was conducted on infectious diseases, and funded and approved by Fauci. The CDC has been caught red-handed skewing COVID numbers regarding outdoor transmission of the virus, dramatically overstating the risk has been less than 10 percent. Another huge Deep State lie. Says Martin Brodel, the number is more like .1 percent.
Meanwhile, the CDC might have angered the Deep State and the Left with a similar story, reporting that more people have died from the coronavirus vaccines than all vaccines in the last 20 years combined. “This story will definitely be debunked by fact checkers, because it’s a narrative they don’t want out there,” Brodel says. “This data comes from Left-revered CDC, so if anything, these totals are low.” In the following segment, Brodel also reviews the problems surrounding the shutdown of the Colonial Pipeline Network, the Indiana General Assembly overriding the governor’s veto of pandemic restrictions and The New York Times calling out the CDC for COVID pandemic guidance.
Viva Frei’s David Freiheit reports that the Ashli Babbitt family has filed a wrongful death civil suit against the U.S. Capitol police department and the officer who shot and killed her during the Jan. 6 siege on Capitol Hill. Babbitt was the only person shot and killed during the siege and the family is seeking damages upward of $10 million.
The officer shot Babbitt, who was unarmed, at point-blank range without any provocation. Freiheit says not only have charges not been brought against the officer, but he has not even been identified. Says Freiheit, “Compare that to other situations involving the police.” In the following video, Freiheit says the expectation is the officer will assert “qualified immunity,” which he explains in detail, and he also takes timeout to lash out the corrupt New York Times.
In a major victory for the good guys, the New York Supreme Court ruled that Project Veritas can continue with its defamation lawsuit against The New York Times, after tossing a motion to dismiss by the newspaper. The suit was brought against The Times after it published five articles blasting a Project Veritas video relating to improprieties of ballot harvesting in Minneapolis as fake news.
The Times filed a motion to dismiss on two basis–one was the standard failure to state a claim and the other was a invoking SLAP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) legislation. It is an unfortunate, but unknown reality of litigation that SLAP lawsuits are basically a method for rich clients to silence their critics. It’s become increasingly obvious that we don’t follow the science when it comes to lockdowns. In some areas, there are more cases of COVID-19 now than when lockdowns were enforced. What it sadly comes down to is political expediency, because we actually don’t know if lockdowns work. They’re different in every country and, truth is, we haven’t really defined it, haven’t studied it and haven’t measured it.
“Follow the science has become a euphemism for follow the leader, do what you’re told and don’t question it,” says David Freiheit of Viva Frei. So, Frei says, are we really using this euphemism to divide people and see who cooperates and who doesn’t? Freiheit was among a panel of experts on The Rubin Report with Dave Rubin, joining Dr. Drew Pinsky and Dr. Zubin Damania.
Interestingly, there’s actually a well-hidden history of lockdowns in the United States. In a story that was documented in The New York Times, a 14-year-old science student in Albuquerque, N.M., built a computer model to reduce the spread of influenza. She determined that you could close down local schools and reduce the spread. Her father, a computer programmer at Los Alamos National Laboratory, took it a step further and said he could actually use the idea to build a model for regional lockdowns in a pandemic. Surprisingly, the George W. Bush Administration adopted the model as policy. Dr. Pinsky says the model is absent from textbooks and science papers and it wasn’t until the Chinese Communist Party actually implemented the model that it was something no one thought they would ever do.
