Impeach This So-Called Judge

Meet James Boasberg. He’s the chief justice of the U.S. District Court in Washington D.C.  Appointed by former President Barack Obama, Boasberg is one the more corrupt purveyors of the leftist practice known as “lawfare.”

Last week, he ordered President Donald Trump to turn back flights transporting more than 250 criminal aliens to El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, known by the acronym CECOT. The flights carried members of the El Salvadoran gang M-13 as well as the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

Why would any justice in his right mind want such hardened criminals returned to America? Boasberg didn’t reveal his connection to these outfits. It turns out his daughter Katharine Boasberg is a principal staffer for a 501-C-3 called Partners for Justice. She works there providing legal advice to criminal aliens and violent gang members! What’s more, the judge’s wife, Elizabeth Manson, is founder of a northern Virginia abortion clinic — Meadows Reproductive Health & Wellness.

The charitable involvement extends to his sister Margaret– married to Christopher David Bierly from the Bain Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm based in Boston, Mass. Margaret serves as a partner for the Bridgespan Group, a consulting firm for non-profits, while husband Christopher also works extensively with non-profits, handling environmental and social advisement. The Bridgespan Group advises the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation, among other heavy hitters.

Trump has called for the impeachment of Boasberg, leading to Trump receiving a verbal rebuke from U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. Maybe Roberts needs to show some courage and fortitude, cleaning up his own tarnished judiciary before upbraiding the President! Here’s more from LV Nation, drawing upon the research of Laura Loomer.

Judges reverse Trump: Is U.S. AID back? U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang, based in Maryland, has ruled that the dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) violated the U.S. Constitution.

The Boasberg family is busted (see above for details). And Atlanta District Attorney Fani Willis must pay up! So divine justice does still occur!

Shutdown Threat Backfires

(EDITOR’S NOTE: Sound is muted for the first few seconds of this video, but the problem is quickly corrected.)

With Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer stoking the fires, the Democrats keep threatening to shut down the federal government, but they are misfiring every step of the way. Not only will a government shutdown hurt the Democrats’ followers more heavily, but it will unravel the leftists and their blue states. In short, this could backfire quickly.

Meanwhile, the Democrats’ activist judges are going crazy trying to thwart and hoodwink Trump. They are raising so much commotion, the public is starting to figure out how the Democrats have managed to control so much for so long. The more this exposure occurs, the easier it will be to pinpoint and wipe clean the abusive judiciary.

President Trump, meanwhile, has filed a 186-page appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, seeking to stop the children born to illegal aliens from automatically obtaining citizenship in the United States. This is the so-called practice of birthright citizenship. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

America For Sale

America’s judges keep countering and undermining rule by the President — the elected representative of the People. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett is the most disappointing of them all. You have to wonder if she’s being blackmailed!

But lower-court judges have been even more outrageous and out of line. We need Congress to reaffirm our government belongs to the people. The House and Senate should reign in the out-of-state courts. We need more accountability and a functional system of governance.

By a vote of 224 to 198, the U.S. House has censured Al Green, the Texas Democrat who mercilessly heckled President Donald Trump during Trump’s State of the Union address.  Democrats flanked Green to sing “We Shall Overcome.” Green is only the 28th Representative ever censured by the House. His conduct was puerile and disgraceful.

A Supreme Court Setback

The U.S. Supreme Court just voted 5-4 to overturn President Donald Trump, ordering him to pay $2 billion in funding for projects undertaken by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Two Republicans voted with the Democrats against Trump — John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett. These are the same two who usually pull this turncoat stuff, and so it’s not shocking to see them do it again.

While it’s a setback for Trump, is it the end of the world? Not exactly, says Eric Eggers, the co-host of The DrillDown Podcast with Peter Schweizer. Eggers says this will slow down Trump’s agenda, but only for a short period of time, while a few older projects draw to a close.

The Supreme Court left open the option to reconsider this, even as soon as a week from now, so change is coming, but won’t happen overnight. Here’s more from Eggers on Redacted News with Clayton and Natali Morris.

Trump Wants Explicit Apology

President Donald Trump wants “an explicit public apology” from Volodymyr Zelensky following Zelensky’s rude display last Friday at the White House. Peter Doocy from Fox News has the details.

Trump also is pressing his emergency appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, seeking authority to fire Hampton Dellinger, the head of a government watchdog organization. Dellinger was appointed by former President Joe Biden, and approved by the U.S. Senate early last year.

Meanwhile, Fani Willis, the erstwhile Fulton County District Attorney, keeps losing. Willis is but one of several Democratic hacks who tried to use lawfare to thwart Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.

FBI Coverup? Bondi Furious

Attorney General Pam Bondi is said to be furious.  “Round One” of the Jeffrey Epstein client files release has been a bust. Folders went out to select social media influencers to disseminate. The folders consisted of rehashed information that had previously been issued. So it’s not clear there’s much, if any, real new information that’s been divulged. This is frankly shocking coming from a new administration championing “transparency.”

You have to wonder: Is this a rope-a-dope game? Is the Trump cabinet team rattling cages, trying to get a few more fence straddlers to step forward and quietly divulge closeted secrets in hopes of landing an exoneration or a waiver themselves? Is there possibly a more strategic, long-term plan to ensure the guilty parties don’t escape justice?

How about the FBI? Does it still have all the Epstein documentation or have rogue agents been erasing files and shredding evidence? Does newly installed Director Kash Patel have a strong enough grip to repel the most obnoxious of these turds — the same bad eggs who raided Mar-a-Lago and have been gaslighting all of us for years, hiding the truth to benefit Epstein’s special friends. Let’s hope “Round Two” brings us more clarity.

One bright spot overnight: The U.S. Supreme Court has hamstrung the U.S. District Judge Amir Ali, who had tried to insert himself as an authority and turn back the Trump attempts to expunge the corrupt U.S. Agency for International Development. Just like the CIA, the USAID rat’s nest should have been corralled years ago. There’s absolutely no place at the table for federal agencies supporting censorship or promoting far-left propaganda. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

What’s going on? The Epstein list needs to be released. The days of sashaying around, trying not to upset the apple cart, are over. It’s time to expose and jail the morally bankrupt fatcats who preyed upon children on Jeffrey Epstein’s island getaway.

Do not issue empty binders while the Southern District of New York supposedly holds tranches of documents and video files showing these wicked pervs. We agree 100 percent with Terrence K. Williams. No more protecting any of these delinquents, be they Republicans or Democrats or just plain, unadulterated scumbags.

Trump Races To Appeal!

Amir H. Ali, a low-level U.S. District Court Judge in Washington DC, continued his single-handed campaign to try to force President Donald Trump to fully fund the projects of the corrupt and fradulent U.S. Agency for International Development. Ali ordered Trump to relinquish that momey by the stroke of midnight Wednesday. Trump raced to appeal, joined by his new Secretary of State Marco Rubio. (EDITOR’S NOTE: Late Wednesday night, the U.S. Supreme Court blocked Ali’s order. This is a temporary block, so we’ll have to see where it leads.)

Ali is one latest and notably leftist appointees of the Joe Biden administration. He’s not even American-born, but a Canadian-born jurist who thinks his opinions matter more than the American President as well as the majority of American voters. Ali is symptomatic of the leftist trash that needs to be removed from our court system.  His obstructive rulings also raise the question: Why should foreigners be permitted to serve as federal judges?

Meanwhile, the ragtag leftist courts gave Hampton Dellinger three more days in the Treasury Department. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, another Washington judge appointed by Barack Obama,  has been the thorn in Trump’s side in this case.  Trump has been trying to fire Dellinger as head of the Office of Special Counsel in the Treasury Department.

DOGE Exposes Act Blue

Trump is destroying the [Deep State] criminal syndicate one piece at a time.

The [Deep State] is trying to stop him and the Supreme Court does not want to tackle the issue of the power of the President.

The series Zero Day was released and it mimics some of the posts, which talk about cyber attacks. Kash was sworn in and accountability is coming. It has begun. Here’s more from the X22 Report.

Ball In The Supremes’ Court

A U.S. Supreme Court battle is shaping up, pitting President Donald Trump and the red states against the blue states that want to control the course of the federal government, even though the Democrats squarely lost the 2024 federal election. At the center of this battle is U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s decision, calling upon the Trump administration to reinsert Hampton Dellinger as a Special Counsel for the U.S. Treasury Department.

Here, Robert Gouveia on Watching the Watchers lays out the parameters, and gives us a blow-by-blow account of the briefings.

We also get to hear President Trump’s full speech before the Future Investment Initiative Institute in Miami, Florida, where he talks of the enormous job growth now occurring across America, as well as his efforts to weed out corruption and fraud. In addition, he touches on efforts to resolve the deadly and long-simmering Ukraine War.

U.S. Supreme Court: Up Next!

The Trump administration is pressing its case with the U.S. Supreme Court to remove Hampton Dellinger from the U.S. Treasury Department. Trump had fired Biden-appointee Dellinger as chief of the Office of Special Counsel for the Treasury Department. But Democratic-appointed, appellate justices –including U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson — have insisted that Dellinger keep his old job.

Finally, it looks as if the U.S. Supreme Court will get the case. Hopefully, they will confirm Trump’s powers to appoint his own administrative team and he can move forward, having won a popular majority of the vote in 2024.

Also in this video: Justices continue to squabble about legality of the actions by DOGE, the Department of Government Efficiency. U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, who’s usually a leftist pushover, is hearing the case, but it doesn’t look like she will grant the request by several leftist states that oppose DOGE.

Fani Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney, is also in the news. Find out why she unhappy now in Robert Gouveia’s latest Watching The Watchers video.
