Barrett Sworn In To SCOTUS

In an historical ceremony on the South Lawn of the White House, Amy Coney Barrett was sworn in as the 115th Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court Monday evening. The Senate Judiciary Committee confirmed Barrett earlier in the day by a 52-48 vote, which was cast strictly along party lines with one exception. Republican Maine Sen. Susan Collins voted with the minority.

Following an introduction by President Trump, who called it a “momentous day,” Barrett was sworn in by Associate Justice Clarence Thomas under a Constitutional Oath. Chief Justice John Roberts will administer Barrett’s Judicial Oath swearing-in at a private ceremony later today.

Barrett, who was appointed to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals by President Trump in 2017, became only the fifth woman to serve on the Supreme Court and the only one with school-aged children. After being sworn in, Barrett addressed the gathering at the White House and the nation. “I am grateful for the confidence you have expressed in me and I pledge to you and the American people that I will discharge my duties to the very best of my ability.”

Following the confirmation vote earlier Monday, GOP senators praised Barrett and the Constitutional process at a press conference.

Said Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, one of several senators who spoke, “Today President Donald Trump delivered on one of the central promises he made to the American people. Voter Fraud Out Of Control

From uber liberal California to progressive Pennsylvania and ultra-Left New York, overwhelming evidence is mounting for mail-in voter fraud.

Blaze TV’s Pat Gray says the chaos is out of control. For instance, in New York City 100,000 voters received ballots with wrong names and addresses; 400,000 ballots in California were sent to voters who moved out of state or died; a judge was charged with ballot tampering in Allentown, Pa.; hundreds of ballots were found in the trash in New Jersey; and a Joe Biden donor group sent out 225,000 ballot requests, including for dead people.

A New Standard For Stupidity

Looks like the Left has set a new standard for stupidity. Following President Trump’s comments on immigration and how coyotes, or smugglers, were responsible for transporting thousands of children across the border, a number of Lefties went looney. Clogging the Twittersphere, some mistook the term “coyotes” for real animals, while others plainly didn’t know what the President was talking about. Hard to believe.

Among the lamebrains was gun-control activist David Hogg of Stoneman Douglas High School shooting fame in Parkland, Fla., now a student at Yale University. Hogg and many of his liberal cohorts actually thought President Trump was referring to the animal coyote, a species of canine native to North America! And to think he was accepted into one of the country’s elite Ivy League schools.

Dana Loesch, host of “Dana” on Blaze TV, says that also among the clueless were several journalists and even a medical doctor. To quote Blue Collar Comedy Tour comedian Ron White, “You can’t fix stupid.” Here’s more with Loesch.

The World Is Awash In Evil

It doesn’t take a genius to conclude that our world is awash in evil. From wanton violence, looting and senseless murders in our country to sinister regimes preying on their people in nations across the globe, our planet is at a crossroads.

Political commentator Glenn Beck has an ominous warning for all. “I’m going to be straight up with you and everyone knows this is coming,” Beck says. “In my lifetime, and I think within the next 15 years, I think these are the beginnings of the days that have been foretold. Two-Faced Fauci Strikes Again

If you haven’t noticed, Dr. Anthony Fauci likes to be on TV all the time. And the 36-year director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases also enjoys playing favorites. Unfortunately, President Trump isn’t one of them.

Following a Trump campaign ad in which Fauci praised the President for his response to the COVID-19 pandemic, he appeared on CNN with Trump hater Jake Tapper and completely flip-flopped. The oft-bad doctor told Tapper that his quote used in the ad, which was taken from an interview with political commentator Mark Levin, was taken out of context. “I think it’s unfortunate and really disappointing that they did that,” Fauci says. “It’s so clear that I’m not a political person.”

Wrong again, Levin says. The host of “Life, Liberty and Levin” on Fox News says, “What you’ll see is that it’s not taken out of context. In fact, when you hear the relevant part of my interview with Fauci, you’ll see that he said even more. Fauci is highly political. That’s why he’s on CNN. Democrats Don’t Want Equality

When you think about it, Progressivism, much like Marxism, is about controlling people, controlling the individual. Their process is not about equality, but conformity and uniformity.

Political commentator Mark Levin says the same applies to the Progressive Movement. They don’t like the idea that you have different states, with different abortion laws, death penalties or tax laws. They want to compel their own viewpoint on the people. That’s why following through on the confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett is so important. Freedom Or Safety?

The chaotic presidential debate earlier this week may be the last one we’ll see this election cycle if Democrats have their way. In light of the stumbling, bumbling performance of Democrat nominee Joe Biden, the Left is yet again in a panic, searching for any which way to change the rules.

But lost in the post-debate madness was a critical moment in which the candidates presented the American electorate with a clear choice: Do we want freedom or safety?

Tangled in the barrage of shouting and barbs in the coronavirus segment of the debate, President Trump delivered his strongest retort, telling Joe Biden that Americans want their lives back–they want schools and restaurants to re-open, they want to go back to work and they don’t want the economy to continue to suffer. Biden’s response: “People want to be safe.”

RBG’s Liberalism Was Extreme

While we all mourn the loss of Ruth Bader Ginsburg as a judicial maverick and trailblazer, it’s imperative that President Trump and the Senate follow through with their Constitutional duty to nominate and confirm her replacement to the Supreme Court before inauguration day. And a closer look at her voting history on the bench tells us why.

Ginsburg, not your run-of-the-mill progressive jurist, was extreme in her liberal beliefs. For starters, she viewed South Africa’s Constitution as the ideal model for guidance, rather than our own. Hard to believe. And if that wasn’t shocking enough, she objected to laws banning prostitution, wanted Mother’s Day and Father’s Day to become a joint holiday, and wanted to replace pronouns. And that’s just the tip of her judicial iceberg when it comes to her voting record.

The Swamp Is Losing

From the Russia hoax and impeachment to using President Trump’s own family against him, The Swamp in Washington has tried and failed at every one of their efforts to oust him, creating a deep panic among these Deep State creatures like we’ve never seen.

Blaze TV’s Andrew Wilkow argues that The Swamp monsters are desperate to make Americans believe it was a mistake to allow an outsider like Trump to take office and are so terrified of losing power for good, that they’re using anything as leverage against him.
