AG Wants Trump’s Property

Former AG Edwin Meese submitted an Amicus Brief to the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing Jack Smith must be disqualified from the Trump J6 case before the prosecution can move forward.

Trump’s defense attorneys revealed they are planning to file 10+ major motions in the classified documents case, including possibly a motion to disqualify Jack Smith and to dismiss the case for vindictive prosecution.

New York Attorney General Letitia James revealed she is preparing to seize Trump’s properties in New York if he does not comply with Judge Arthur Engoron’s $450+ million order. Why is New York Attorney General Letitia James threatening to take the properties of former President Donald Trump?. At the end of the day, she’s trying to sound tough and rattle a few sabers. She knows damn well that the ridiculous fines set by disgraceful Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron will not stand.

Matthew Whitaker, a former acting U.S. Attorney General, explains the political posturing by James.  On Wednesday’s “American Agenda,” Whitaker slams James and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for political cases against Trump.

Big Fani Gets Severed

Hunter Biden has been indicted by his father’s Department of Justice for three counts related to gun charges. The newly appointed “Special Counsel” David Weiss files the charges in Delaware, and we review the indictment. The Oversight Committee, former President Donald Trump and Vivek Ramaswany react. James Comer receives a letter from Hunter’s lawyer regarding a Newsmax appearance and we review.

Big Fani Willis (the Biggest Fani in Georgia) had a rough day in Court despite not being present. Fulton County Superior Court Judge heard oral arguments on severance and granted the defense request to separate the cases. Big Fani had previously urged the court to try all 19 co-defendants in October and we review the filings.

Old footage re-emerges of Nancy Pelosi explaining her impeachment inquiry process during her investigation of Donald Trump in 2019. Using the Pelosi Precedent, House Speaker McCarthy educates an AP reporter on the purpose on an impeachment inquiry. Democrats complain on the House floor but even CNN is acknowledging the Bidens got paid big bucks. House Rep. Witch Trials Now On Speed Dial

Former President Donald Trump is indicted  in Georgia as the witch trials keep rolling along. The Democrats and their Republican uniparty allies have no intention to stop this charade. They demand all of us do what they tell us to do.

There’s no longer any freedom, as if there ever was any. The corrupt politicians in charge want us to willingly surrender our rights to a fair and free election. The Joe Biden administration offers incentives to FBI agents for every arrest made of “white supremacists.” So there’s a system in place that encourages FBI corruption and meddling in the electoral process.

Jury Awards Carroll Millions

On Tuesday’s “American Agenda,” Donald Trump has been found liable by a jury in the E. Jean Carroll civil trial in a Manhattan court pending a possible appeal. Alan Dershowitz, Ameer Benno, Thane Rosenbaum and Sid Rosenberg react. More from Newsmax TV.

(Our take: Trump will win on appeal. This rape charge has never been proven, and would not have resulted in damages except in a shithole like New York, under the sway of leftist lunatics.)

The jury renders a verdict in the Trump Trial, and Donald Trump is found NOT liable for the biggest claim brought by E. Jean Carroll. The jury finds Trump liable on other charges and enters $5 million in total damages.

Donald Trump has been gagged by New York State Judge Juan Merchan as the prosecution brought forward by Alvin Bragg continues. Meanwhile, hearings are scheduled in Federal Court in Trump’s removal case.

Will Biden Run Against Trump?

On Saturday’s “Dick Morris Democracy,” Dick Morris examines whether President Joe Biden will run against former President Donald Trump in 2024. Morris notes how Biden has delayed confirming he will seek re-election at least 3 or 4 times now.

As the clock continues to tick, and Biden faces growing scandals, setbacks and possibly even charges of treason, it’s beginning to look like he might be a one-term President. That’s assuming he even makes it through the balance of his term!

Much will be learned in the months ahead as the U.S. House continues to probe Biden’s relationship with Communist China, showing how Chinese donations served as his largest source of income. Trump Upbeat And Defiant

Longtime political advisor Dick Morris spoke with former President Donald Trump immediately after word came down of the New York indictment. Morris says Trump was defiant and surprisingly upbeat, predicting the voters will reject this move by the Leftist Democrats to tarnish their chief political opponent. “How many points do you think this will gain me?” Trump asked Morris.

The Democrats apparently fear Trump’s candidacy, yet they took an action that will decimate any of his Republican rivals, whether Ron DeSantis or Nikki Haley. “Trump has now got all of the oxygen in the room,” says Morris. “There is no place for any other candidate to stand.”

With the indictment remaining sealed, we still don’t know what charges the Manhattan District Attorney might bring against former President Donald Trump. There has been a lot of focus on his dealings with porn actress Stormy Daniels. But CNN is saying there might be as many as 32 different charges and some could pertain to falsifying old business records. Here’s Kim Iversen with more speculation. Circus Comes To Manhattan!

The Manhattan grand jury on Thursday officially indicted former President Donald Trump. This is the first time in American history a president has faced such an indictment.

The charges against Trump were filed under seal but will be announced in the coming days. It’s presumed they involve payment of hush money many years ago to porno actress Stormy Daniels.

Rumors of the indictment had circulated for a few weeks, but Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg kept delaying the matter. The confirmation Thursday came as a surprise.

Trump’s camp issued a statement, saying, “This is not an indictment of a crime—there was no crime—instead, this news is the indictment of a failed nation. President Trump is promising to peacefully end the war in Ukraine, dismantle the deep state, and save our country by putting America first. For that, the political elites and powerbrokers have weaponized government to try and stop him. They will fail. He will be re-elected in the greatest landslide in American history, and together we will all Make America Great Again.” More from Newsmax TV.

The New York Police Department ordered a full staff mobilization, fearing possible unrest and violence.  Meanwhile, word leaked late Friday that Trump will appear in New York to hear the indictment on Tuesday, April 4.

Rand Paul Opposes Tik-Tok Ban

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Kentucky, says supporting the 1st Amendment is more important than a Tik-Tok ban. Does Tik-Tok and its Chinese owners make use of the data they collect from American users? Undoubtedly, says Paul. But Congress needs to get creative to block the transfer of that data — not harm the 1st Amendment nor upset the millions of Americans who use Tik-Tok.

Paul also weighs in on the Internal Revenue Service paying a household visit on Matt Taibbi, the journalist who is coordinating The Twitter Files team looking into government censorship. Paul calls that visit “chilling” and says he is pushing to investigate whether the IRS tried to intimidate Taibbi.
