Jailtime for Wiretap Culprits

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano made the claim that President Donald Trump’s “wiretapping” allegations against President Barack Obama’s White House appear “to be absolutely true” in light of the recent CNN report on the issue. If so, there are a string of Obama Administration officials who ought to face jail time, starting with former FBI Director James Comey and former director of national intelligence James Clapper and moving on up into the White House staff, such as National Security Advisor Susan Rice.

(EDITOR’S NOTE: Fox News has removed this video from YouTube. In its absence, we give you a similar Napolitano discussion of Barack Obama administration wiretapping on the Fox Business News. Here, Napolitano is saying Obama used British intelligence agencies to conduct wiretaps that American counterparts could not legally use.)

Awan May Get Immunity

That’s right. Imran Awan has supposedly struck a deal with prosecutors. He would be granted immunity in return for testifying against others, no doubt former DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, but also possibly Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice. The Truth Factory takes a look at the case.

Meanwhile, Bill Still reports that Awan kept a secret server that he hid from Capitol police.  If that’s true, this case could get wild pretty quickly.

Worse Than Watergate

Judge Andrew Napolitano says the charges surrounding Susan Rice — the use of top-secret intelligence information for political purposes — are worse than Watergate. He says, “The more of this that comes out, and the more the public knows, the more the public will see the campaign of President Obama and his colleagues to undermine the presidency of Donald Trump using the intelligence community as an instrument.”

Napolitano adds that the charges as now outlined constitute a felony.

Obama’s Yes-Women

With President Obama’s appointment of Susan Rice to National Security Advisor and his nomination of Samantha Power as Ambassador to the United Nations, the Administration continues to prove its values cronyism over integrity. Even individuals caught telling bald-faced lies to the American public will be promoted by this Administration so long as they toe the party line. Conservative analyst Monica Crowley comments on this disturbing pattern.
