Carter Pastor Nabbed: Sex Sting
The former pastor from Jimmy Carter’s church in Plains, Georgia, has been arrested on child sex charges in Florida. Jeffrery Summers, 52, who served as pastor at the Maranatha Baptist Church from 2005 to 2013, was arrested in a child sex sting campaign called Operation Full Throttle.
The arrest happened in Volusia County, Florida, where Summers had been a teacher at the Horizon Elementary School. He’s facing charges of trying to meet with a 14-year-old boy after propositioning the boy for sex. It was not a boy Summers had solicited, but law enforcement officers.

Riss Flex reports that Norfolk, Mass., DA Michael Morrissey, is building an extensive, but troubling, record protecting child predators, many of whom are elite Washington, D.C., power players.
The latest alleged pedo to escape prosecution is the powerful former D.C. Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, who had all charges dropped by the Norfolk DA’s office in his child sex-abuse case. In another recent high-profile case, Morrissey impounded the affidavit of wealthy Massachusetts developer William O’Connell–a huge donor to Morrissey campaigns– who was accused of raping a 14-year-old girl. The child died in a mysterious car crash and all charges were dropped.
“So he’s (Morrissey) coming out, making all these crazy lies, doing all this crazy stuff to protect the people who have been funding his campaign,” Flex says. Here’s more of her report.
