The corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James has been caught in the middle of her own fraud scandal. New allegations are emerging that she is using her office to avoid paying a $3 million loan while protecting a group that overly-inflated their property values. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump has appealed Judge Arthur Engoron’s $450m order, arguing the ruling is unconstitutional and in violation of prior findings from the New York Court of Appeals.
Trump sued ABC News and George Stephanopoulos for repeatedly defaming him after the E. Jean Carroll verdict by claiming Trump was found guilty of a crime he did not commit.
Judge Aileen Cannon stunned Jack Smith and lefty lawyers by ordering the parties to agree on jury instructions that seem to seal the prosecution’s fate before the trial even begins. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
In an abject case of politics and open-faced corruption, a kangaroo court in New York has slapped an $83.3 million verdict on former President Donald Trump in a defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll. Carroll claims Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s. Trump says he never met the woman.
She has been bankrolled by Reid Hoffman, the co-founder of Linked In, who also happens to have been a longtime associate of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The judge who ruled against Trump, U.S. District Justice Lewis A. Kaplan of the Southern District of New York, also is closely linked to Epstein.
No, as far as we can tell, Kaplan did not visit Epstein’s island in the Caribbean. But he was appointed by someone who flew more than 25 times on Epstein’s Lolita Express — Bill Clinton. And Kaplan also buried the sordid details of Epstein’s life as Kaplan presided over Virginia Giufre’s case against Prince Andrew.
The era of so-called “justices” hiding the truth on behalf of pedophiles needs to end. Kaplan, and others of his ilk, must be be bounced from power once we re-elect President Donald Trump to the White House. From New York to California, these skunk justices must be rooted out — same as the vermin they protect.
Soon after the verdict was handed down, Trump lawyer Alina Habba vowed to appeal. Let’s hopeĀ the next judge assigned the case isn’t as dirty as Kaplan. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
Here, Alina Habba outlines her plans to appeal the insane verdict. She also talks about the many discrepancies in the trial proceedings and blatant signs of bias on the part of the corrupt Justice Kaplan. The clip is from Newsmax.
Look how E. Jean Carroll has redecorated the exterior of her New York cabin — to emulate the blue and white facade of the pedophile temple at Jeffrey Epstein’s Little. St. James Island. In other words, we’re talking really sick shit!
Judge Lewis A. Kaplan scolded former President Donald Trump and E. Jean Carroll took the stand in Day 2 of the second defamation and damages trial against Trump in the Southern District of New York. We review the trial X-Script, provided courtesy of @innercitypress.
The Fani Willis-Nathan Wade Affair continues to get worse after a new report reveals Wade had a history of shoddy lawyering before being appointed Special Counsel. Congressman Cory Mills from Florida sent a letter to the local Georgia bar seeking information about their investigation.
Jack Smith gets blasted by the dissenters in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals for colluding with the lower court to get unprecedented access to Trump’s Twitter Direct Messages. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
Trump’s defense says they are entitled to documents that Jack Smith is withholding in the Florida Prosecution. We review the latest filing, including Trump’s request for a revised schedule that would postpone the trial date. Meanwhile, Jack Smith hires a new prosecutor who is busy “scouting” the competition, including prospective D.C. jurors in the Peter Navarro case. Former Trump Official and victim of Department Of Justice prosecution Peter Navarro shares his take on the pending Trump trial.
Former DOJ Attorney and frequent Trump commentator Andrew Weissmann is SUED by Cassidy Hutchinson’s ex-lawyer for an allegedly defamatory tweet. Cassidy Hutchinson (aka Clavicle Girl) is back in the news with a new book and controversy. We review the lawsuit against Weissmann, brought by Stefan Passtino, for defamation.
U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., who allegedly had a relationship with a Chinese Communist Party spy, says Republicans pushing the impeachment of Joe Biden are continuing the Insurrection in America. Meanwhile, the House Oversight Committee prepares for the first Impeachment Inquiry Hearing in the House. We get reaction from Reps. Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., and Byron Donalds, R-Florida. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
How does the global Cabal use the Anti-Defamation League (ADL)Ā to silence, extort and control? Amazing Polly touches upon the derelict ADL as well as George Soros, Ukraine, the Vindmans, Elon Musk, January 6th and more.
Isn’t it going to be funny when the Anti-Defamation League gets sued for defamation? Those who have been harassed by these fascist bastards should let it rip.
And we’re not just talking about Elon Musk, who is threatening to sue the ADL for sabotaging Twitter’s ad sales. Here’s more from the panelists at Timcast, organized by Tim Pool.
Jack Smith wants Trump and his attorneys limited from speaking to the media about the scam prosecution. Prosecutors ask the Judge to enter their version of the protective order WITHOUT even hearing from Trump during an oral argument.
Trump’s counterclaim against E. Jean Carroll for defaming him after the verdict in the civil trial has been dismissed by Judge Lewis Kaplan. Kaplan explained that E. Jean Carroll’s phrase was close enough and not significant enough to justify Trump’s claim.
Nancy Pelosi’s involvement in the creation of the Trump indictment onslaught strategy is becoming more clear. Democrats get hysterical over the possibility of a Trump victory. Joe Scarborough worries Trump might destroy his most treasured corrupt institutions.
Mike Pence confirms he is willing to testify in the prosecution against Trump and Trump’s lawyers cheer. Trump’s defense team confirms Pence, if honest, would confirm Trump’s defense theory and prove his innocence. More from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
Here’s a case of a pregnant nurse whose bike was being stolen by a bunch of teenage thugs. She grabbed the bike before the thieves could make off with it, prompting leftist activists to label her a Karen, a racist and a thief.
As usual, it turns out the leftists were wrong. She not only has proven the bike was hers, but now has hired an attorney to press defamation charges against the leftists.
Of course, they are scattering like predatory wasps, and trying to delete their Tweets as quickly as possible. Here’s more from Mark Dice.
Trump lawsuit funder Reid Hoffman, who says he cares about survivors of abuse, visited Epstein’s Island after Epstein was convicted on charges of raping underage teens. Earlier this week, The Wall Street Journal reported that Hoffman visited Epstein’s Little St. James Island in the Caribbean and also made plans to stay at Epstein’s New York City townhouse, back in 2014.
Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn, commands a fortune of some $2 billion, so much he hardly needs to be spreading the sheets at his friends’ houses.
Now we learn that Hoffman contributed the funding to enable E. Jean Carroll, a former Elle Magazine advice columnist, to sue former President Donald Trump. She brought battery and defamation charges relating to a supposed rape that occurred in a New York department store dressing room nearly 30 years ago. It’s so long ago, that Carroll can’t even remember if the alleged incident happened in late 1995 or early 1996. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia.
Nate Cain joins me for a special report to investigate the strange and corrupt behavior of the Texas Judge overseeing the TTV Konnech defamation case. He has threatened to jail Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht, the leaders of True the Vote, who have been investigating and exposing fraud and corruption in the 2020 Presidential election.
Making the threat was Judge Kenneth Hoyt, a senior federal district court judge for the Southern District of Texas, based in Houston. At the end of the day, he held Phillips and Engelbrecht in contempt, and vowed to send U.S. marshalls to arrest them if they do not “cure” the problem.
The one who needs to be arrested and removed is this Deep State dirty bird, the dishonorable Kenneth Hoyt! More from RedPill78.
In the aftermath of Kyle Rittenhouse’s exoneration, will he now go “Sandman” on the media? Chances are strong he will.
Rittenhouse’s treatment by the media was eerily similar to what Covington, Ky., teen Nick Sandmann endured in 2019, after several media outlets hammered him over a confrontation with a Native American activist at the Lincoln Memorial. Sandmann, of course, successfully sued The Washington Post and CNN for millions.
The same media players then pounced on Rittenhouse during his murder trial in Kenosha, Wis., for which he was acquitted on all charges. Says AnOmaly, of News & Hip Hop, “A lot of these sources never even tried to tell the truth.” Here’s his take.
