Crooked Hillary Strikes Again

The phrase “Irish Democracy” translates into peaceful resistance against oppressive overlords–basically opposition to what Irish citizens felt were Draconian mandates from their government. The concept of tranquil protest–a mainstay of democracy across the globe ever since–has again taken center stage during the USA’s COVID-19 lockdown in light of state government’s encroachment on our civil liberties. The movement has become more prevalent in Blue States, where Democrat governors, hungry for power, have angered citizens with a shower of Draconian measures.

Enter Crooked Hillary Clinton, who took umbrage to the outbreak of peaceful, but pissed off,  protesters in Michigan, labeling them domestic terrorists! “The idea that she would conflate terrorism with a Constitutionally protected, natural God-given right, says something really troubling about her party,” says political pundit Scott Ott. In this edition of “Right Angle” on the Bill Whittle Channel, Ott further analyzes Hillary’s outburst, while Whittle gives his take on the overreach in California.

Democrats Snub Civil Liberties

Democrats have been turning more authoritarian for quite some time now. Whether it’s the power elites in Hollywood or the Leftist lawyers at the American Civil Liberties Union, we are now seeing the Democrats — en masse — moving toward a New World Order that erodes or even abolishes most of our freedoms. Here, Tim Pool discusses the changes, drawing from a new article from Matt Taibbi called “Democrats Have Abandoned Civil Liberties.” The subhead: “The Blue Party’s Trump-era Embrace of Authoritarianism Isn’t Just Wrong, it’s a Fatal Political Mistake.”

Gowdy Weighs in On Lockdown

As the COVID-19 lockdown across the country slowly treads into its second month, some state and local governments are being accused of trampling on the Constitutional rights of their citizens. “Anytime government asks the citizenry to do something, there has to be a rational basis for it,” says Trey Gowdy, former chairman of the House Oversight Committee. “The greater the freedom you infringe, the more compelling the reason has to be.” Gowdy elaborates on a special edition of “Hannity,” with Mike Huckabee.

Coronavirus Overreach

As the coronavirus lockdown enters its second month, governments are enforcing stricter measures to save lives. But are these rules really helpful or are they infringing on our civil liberties? In Florida, police are monitoring people with drones, North Carolina authorities announced on Twitter that protesting is a non-essential activity and, in Michigan, perhaps the most Draconian of all states, residents are prohibited from visiting friends or relatives, and people with more than one home are banned from traveling between them. And the media, of course, following in lockstep with these newly anointed tyrants, are insisting that government must set stricter rules. Enough already! People fed up and they can’t take it anymore! “It’s creepy how some people are so eager to have authorities boss us around,” says John Stossel. Here’s more from Stossel TV.

At The Ready

Attorney General William Barr says he’s very concerned about the slippery slope in terms of encroachments upon Americans’ civil liberties. He’s addressing the draconian proposal made by Bill Gates, the former CEO of Microcoft, that no one be permitted to travel anywhere unless they have proof they’ve taken a vaccine against the coronavirus.

Doesn’t Gates already have enough money? No one elected him to be in charge of our government, or to legislate our movements. It’s time he and his ilk are exposed for the shills and sharks they are.

“Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has been recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it,” says Gates. Barr responds,”I would be a little concerned about that.”

Here, In Pursuit of Truth says FISA indictments will be issued, the beginning of something. Exactly what, or when, we don’t know yet. Also, how is CBS fake news? The evidence is mounting.

We are united in this fight. Patriots stand at the ready, The hunters will become the hunted. And We Know introduces us to the looming battle against evil and analyzes the latest Q posts. Also, as each day passes, it’s becoming clear our hospitals are not overwhelmed. That being so, why has the mainstream media gone out of its way to sow the seeds of fear and to lie about the scope and ferocity of the coronavirus pandemic? Perhaps the same reason why these sniveling liars have painted a totally false and erroneous portrait of hydroxychloroquine as a drug to combat the coronavirus. This, while the latest study — involving more than 1000 cases — showed this drug to be approximately 91 percent effective when combined with secondary drugs. In other words, lousy lying journalists, we don’t need to die!

We are witnessing the largest mass treason event in the history of the world! We are the light. We will take back our country. We will not back down or allow the minions of darkness to rule over our lands! We have left the Matrix! Fear US! More from The Patriot Hour.

Is the American Republic Done?

Joe Dan Gorman says he received a message from a good friend in Kentucky, wondering why no one has declared a time of death for this American Republic, because it’s gone. Says Gorman, “They’re not shredding our Constitution, they’ve shred it. Our Legislative branch has violated its oath, our Executive branch has violated its oath in too many ways to list here, our Judicial branch is a carnival of circus freaks, overruling elections to promote their radical leftwing agenda. And then our untouchable Supreme Court, they’ve already ruled once that it is constitutional for the government of the Land of the Free to force all its citizens to buy a product or face government penalties.”

Joe Dan calls it liberal tyranny. He also touches on Hillary Clinton’s e-mail woes, the raising of the debt ceiling, Prime Minister Netanyahu and the Israeli-U.S. tension in this mesmerizing edition of Intellectual Froglegs.

In this edition of Liberty Treehouse, host Raj Nair and The Blaze’s Amy Holmes discuss the pros and cons of the all-powerful Google.

Pope Wrong About Capitalism

When Pope Francis decried that the culture of prosperity deadens us all and blamed it on capitalism last December, that riled more than a few capitalists. One of them is Marian Tupy, senior policy analyst at the Cato Institute and editor of the website Human Progress, who tells Reason.TV’s Nick Gillespie that Pope Francis is wrong on two counts.

“First of all, the Pope is under the impression that the markets are free. That the markets are unfettered. He uses the expression ‘totally autonomous markets.’ In fact, over the past 20 years Washington alone has produced some 80,000 regulations … we don’t really have free markets as such. And secondly, what we see in countries with a level of great economic freedom, the poor are richer, they own a greater share of national wealth, there is less corruption and there are greater political and civil liberties.”

Shake Up the Art Establishment

The most incisive and iconoclastic art critic of our time, Camille Paglia, sits down with InstaVision‘s Glenn Reynolds to discuss her new book Glittering Images: A Journey Through Art from Egypt to Star Wars. Among the topics covered:

  • Why do many Americans hold modern and abstract art in such open contempt?
  • Have academics put art in a straightjacket by denying the vital importance of classical imagery, notably sacred and religious imagery, while promoting second-rate, secular, “shock” art?
  • Is George Lucas our greatest living artist?
  • Has the Democratic Party strayed from its roots by becoming bloated and statist, pushing a form of big government that threatens our liberties and personal rights?

Paglia is always entertaining as well as provocative, so even if you’re a cultural boob, there are some real nuggets of thought to glean from this interview. H/T PJTV
