James Madison On Immigration

Michael Boldin, host of The Tenth Amendment Center, harkens back in time to share his thoughts on James Madison and his take on immigration.

Boldin says Madison, the “father of our Constitution,” believed in a path of delegated and reserved powers over immigration that’s far different than what almost everyone views today. “That’s not to say that his view is the conclusive view over the Constitution because he’s one guy,” Boldin says. “But if Madison is right, almost everyone today is wrong.” He explains further, including dissecting Madison’s definition of an alien in the then colony of Virginia.

Defending The Constitution

Is Constitutional literacy fading in America? Are American schools failing our young people? According to Fox News contributor Gregg Jarrett, the answer is a full-throated, no doubt about it Yes!

Appearing on the Sara Carter podcast, Jarrett says recent polling shows young people do not even have a basic understanding of Constitutional principles like checks and balances, separation of powers, the amendment process and other key aspects of our Constitution.

He elaborates and discusses his new book, The Constitution of the United States and Other Patriotic Documents, explaining how the Constitution and other key documents in our history created the America we know today.

2nd Amendment Isn’t Negotiable

The Left would love to take away your most cherished constitutional rights. And they’re openly trying to do it. They call free speech dangerous “misinformation” that they must limit. They call free expression of faith “hate speech.”

Sara Carter welcomes former Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to the podcast to address the ongoing Biden Administration’s dereliction of duty in protecting our nation and how that permissive mindset is allowing criminals to assault, steal and destroy with impunity. He explains further, gives his take on Gov. Michelle Lujan-Grisham’s unconstitutional gun ban in New Mexico and chats with Carter about their mutual interest in the emerging UFO revelations and what might come next.

New Mexico Guv Bans Guns!

In a stunning and seemingly unconstitutional directive, uber-liberal New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan-Grisham issued a ban on guns in Bernalillo County for 30 days after an 11-year-old  boy was killed in a road-rage shooting.

The order was directed at open and conceal carry gun laws on public property, only in Bernalillo County, which includes Albuquerque, the state’s largest city. Law enforcement and licensed security are exempt. Grisham says she is already facing criticism for the announcement for infringing on 1st and 2nd Amendment rights of New Mexico citizens. It’s Unconstitutional!

The ACLJ’s Jay and Jordan Sekulow break down the monumental U.S. Supreme Court decisions of the week, which resulted in major wins for conservatives, including the dissolution of the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness plan.

The student loan decision, especially, was a huge loss for Biden, who all but guaranteed the debt forgiveness as part of a campaign promise. Problem is, says Jordan Sekulow, Biden actually acknowledged he didn’t have the power to do this alone and Nancy Pelosi even confirmed the plan would require legislation. “Well, the court picked up on that,” Sekulow said. “The court decided this student loan program does not follow under the HEROES Act, which allows delays, but not forgiveness.”

Here’s more with the Sekulows on the major rulings in defense of the Constitution and free speech.

Government Wants You Silenced

Should you be able to say what you believe without fear of censorship, or should the government be able to stifle speech and facts that it finds inconvenient?

Sara Carter reports that it’s obvious our Constitution protects political and other speech, but the left is no longer interested in dialogue. It wants to control the narrative and our federal government is helping them do this. She welcomes Washington Examiner investigative reporter Gabe Kaminsky to the podcast to discuss his ongoing probe into the left’s disinformation agenda.

Juan O. Savin: War Drums

David “Nino” Rodriguez welcomes Juan O. Savin and military whistleblower Lt. Scott Bennett to discuss the fraud perpetrated by the Deep State to fool the American people into becoming involved in all-out wars.

Savin says the hard-nosed work by Bennett and other dedicated patriots helped prevent war with Syria and are thwarting possible conflicts with Ukraine and Iraq. Here’s more.

Not All Students Woke Socialists

John Stossel reports that most students are taught that capitalism is a problem. But students interacting with “Stossel in the Classroom” know capitalism makes life better.

They learned free market ideas from Stossel’s program, a non-profit that gives teachers videos to play in class. Says Stossel, these students know more than most American politicians.” Here’s his report.

SCOTUS Rejects Brunson Case

The U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorari (judicial review of lower court decision) to the Brunson v. Alma Adams case, regarding alleged Constitutional irregularities by Congress in certifying the 2020 presidential election. The case named the members of Congress who failed to vote against the 10-day audit of the 2020 presidential election as defendants.

Kek-Check News reports the ruling means the lower court’s ruling that the Brunson case did not have standing (cause to stand before the court) and that sovereign immunity does protect Congressional members and the president was affirmed in an unannounced order by SCOTUS. He says there is a similar case pending in the lower courts, but will more than likely face the same roadblock. Here’s more.

Juan O. Savin: Trump Card

The drama surrounding the 2020 presidential election fraud will take its first step toward resolution on Jan. 6, when the Supreme Court decides whether to hear the Brunson v. Alma S. Adams case.

Juan O. Savin tells David “Nino” Rodriguez the Brunson case sues members of Congress for voting against the proposed 10-day audit of the 2020 elections and then certifying the results. If the court accepts the case and a positive verdict is later directed, this could lead either lead to a re-vote or immediate reinstatement of President Trump.

Savin says that unlike the lower courts and some of the higher courts, where justices are bought and paid for, you now have a Supreme Court that has proven they can go against the grain and judge according to what the Constitution stipulates. Could we be experiencing the initiation of the Trump Card? He explains further and drops more intel.
