U.S. District Judge Patricia Chutkan is back! On Wednesday, she prevented the Trump administration from blocking $14 billion in grants awarded to three climate groups by the Environmental Protection Agency during the term of Joe Biden. Chutkan ruled the grant cannot be stopped, while current EPA Secretary Lee Zeldin maintained they were fraudulent.
Another senior judge from the U.S. District Court in Washington D.C., has given the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) the right to assess facilities and systems at the U.S. Institute of Peace — a federally funded non-profit that engages in conflict resolution on a global level. DOGE had been sued by a lawyer from the Institute, as well as five board members who have been terminated.
Judge Beryl Howell said she was “offended by how DOGE has operated at the institute and treated American citizens trying to do a job that they were statutorily tasked to do at the institute.” But at the same time, she declined to issue a temporary restraining order to bloc the takeover, calling the institute’s lawsuit “a stretch.”
Also, more news from the corrupt U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, the justice on behalf of the violent and criminal aliens like members of Tren de Aragua, allowed into our nation by the insane Democrats. No, we do not want the world’s most wicked, nor the most vile and disgusting, besmirching our shores. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
