This comes as part of the legal wrangling in the court of one of the more corrupt judges we’ve ever seen in an American courtroom — James Boasberg, from the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. Review the declarations from U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Homeland Security Director Kristi Noem. All of them have a few words to share with the dishonorable James Boasberg. Also, there’s a new motherlode of executive orders that President Donald Trump has signed.
Meanwhile, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, based out of Richmond, Virginia, has granted the Trump administration an immediate administrative stay, allowing the president to proceed with dismantling the corrupt U.S. Agency for Administrative Development. USAID had been shown to be backing all kinds of bizarre leftist policies through grants affecting nations across the globe.
Hopefully, the judicial lawfare against Trump will begin to fade, but if not, we must impress upon all of our elected officials to bring these rogue judges under control. Illegal aliens remain in the news, now trying to dash out of the country ahead of the Trump administration’s efforts to kick them out. We check in with Kristi Noem, the head of Homeland Security, and Tom Homan, who leads the forces at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Latest expulsions have included close to 1,000 illegal aliens picked up from the area around Houston, Texas.
Also, Elon Musk is seeking a dismissal of the lawsuit filed by a gaggle of blue states, led by New Mexico, who are trying to stop the fraud-busting efforts of the Department of Government Efficiency. Benny Johnson, one of the few journalists who actually investigated the assassination attempts on President Donald Trump, presses Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem for answers about the lapsed security that allowed would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks to fire at least eight shots against Trump, from close range, last July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Johnson also visits the fateful rooftop from which Crooks got off his shots, and demonstrates how the security surrounding the president operated in a lapseful — even incompetent — fashion. You have to wonder if that was business as usual for corrupt agencies like the FBI and U.S. Secret Service?

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says that they’ve found those responsible for leaking the details of Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) raids.
Referrals have been sent to the Department of Justice to bring charges against two individuals, both of them Homeland Security employees. Their names were not divulged at this time.
Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reports on the leaks, which affected ICE raids in California, Colorado, Illinois and Virginia.
President Trump is facing resistance and outright sedition from the deeply entrenched DC bureaucrats opposed to his reforms. From the bowels of FEMA, to the benches of justice across city halls, the left is digging their heels in to stop Trump’s policies in action.

A much larger amount — in the hundreds of billions — went to illegal aliens through some 96 different grant programs.
