Roe v. Wade Reversal On Track

There has not been a case on track to reverse Roe v. Wade quite like Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization in Mississippi. The challenge arose after Mississippi law banned abortion after 15 weeks.

In response, the state of Mississippi asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade and allow for individual states to ban abortion after the judicially created viability point that has been cited in the past. One of the prominent reasons Roe v. Wade has been able to remain law for decades is a legal precedent called stare decisis. ACLJ Senior Counsel Andy Ekonomou says, “It is not a bar. It is a judicially created principle that espouses the idea that cases decided the same way should be decided the same way on the same facts of law. But it does not prohibit the Supreme Court or any court to say we got it wrong, and we need to rectify by reversing Roe v. We Gotta Be Less White

Mississippi crooner Buddy Brown introduces his new song, ribbing Coca Cola’s insane new cultural sensitivity training sessions encouraging their employees to be less white. Can you imagine the uproar if they told employees to be less black, brown, red or yellow? We’re not sure Pepsi is the answer, maybe Dr. Pepper.

Life Improves In GOP States

Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas has ended the statewide mask mandate. Texas is joining the free states, including South Dakota, that are rebuffing the chicanery prompted by the coronavirus chicanery.

Was it an actual virus and did people die because of it? Without a doubt. But it’s also clear the masks do little to stop the spread. They make a mockery of all of us, removing our voices. The elitists behind the release of this scourge have been laughing at us all along. Playing us for saps and fools. Time for restore some normalcy to our lives, and begin the larger task of bringing these globalists down.

Texas Pokes At Biden’s Eye

Eye spy Joe Buy-down. Yeah, we know it’s Biden. But he is selling Americans short and taking us down, so Buy-down is closer to reality.

But not all states are so happy with this clown. Texas and Mississippi just announced they are removing all mask mandates and lockdowns associated with the coronavirus scare. These states join Florida, South Dakota and Montana in pressing for a return to full-fledged American freedom.

Of course, Liberals are pissed.  Those dingbats are so scared, they are screaming heebie-jeevies over Mr. Potato Head and Dr. Seuss. They not only want to ban Pepe the Frog, but next they’ll want to censor Mark Twain and Edgar Allan Poe. Liberals are proving they are that flaming crazy!

Biden’s Assault On The Republic

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has duly warned President Biden that if he signs unconstitutional laws passed by Congress, it is our duty to challenge them in court. He was quickly joined by attorneys general from Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Montana and Texas in signing a six-page letter to the President.

The letter charges Biden of cutting Constitutional corners by signing more than 40 executive orders to date, adding that overreaching and defying Congress will not be rewarded or succeed and only amounts to tyranny against we the people. “He doesn’t care,” says Martin Brodel of Biden. “They control the courts, so he can care less.” Brodel also reports on freshman Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s challenges of Biden’s decision to rejoin the Paris Accord, his mask mandate and funding of the World Health Organization, plans to vaccinate terrorists at Guantanamo Bay and the Black Lives Matter nomination for a Nobel Peace Prize.

COVID Hypocrites

Just hours after signing an executive order requiring masks on federal property, President Biden and his family broke the new rule by posing maskless in front of the Lincoln Memorial. It’s a pattern of cheating (Where have we heard this before?) among politicians across the country.

You’ve heard of California Gov. Gavin Newsom attending a birthday party at the chic French Laundry Restaurant in Yountville, Calif., Nancy Pelosi getting her hair done at a San Francisco hair salon and New York Mayor Bill DeBlasio dancing the night away in Times Square on New Year’s Eve–all of them breaking COVID rules they imposed. Then there’s Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves, who hosted three Christmas parties that broke his state’s guidance and Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, busted for her visit to a hairstylist during a virus outbreak. Her excuse, “I’m the public face of this city. I’m on national media and out in the public eye.” Hypocrites, all of them!

Senator Sent Poison-Pen Letter

An envelope addressed to U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Mississippi, tested positive Tuesday for ricin, a potentially fatal poison. U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, later said the toxic substance was found in a letter and that a suspect was in custody. No further details were forthcoming about the suspect and any purported motives.
