True to her brain dead ways, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has followed through with her promise to introduce articles of impeachment against Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas for ruling that President Donald Trump has presidential immunity for official acts while in office.

Will Supremes Overturn Verdict?

In a stunning turn of events that may well shake up the Deep State and corrupt Democrat Party, H.A. Goodman reports that the U.S. Supreme Court appears to be on the cusp of reversing President Trump’s unconstitutional guilty verdict.

Spearheaded by Justice Samuel Alito, Goodman says he believes the Supremes have already overturned the verdict based on the Federal Election Commission (FEC) statutes and regulation pertaining to the matter.

“There is no federal statute that Trump broke. This is why it’s unconstitutional,” Goodman says. He added that no state can decide , without the DOJ and FEC, that Trump broke federal campaign laws. He explains further.

Trump Expects 9-0 Ruling

H.A. Goodman says there’s a strong likelihood that the U.S. Supreme Court will deliver a devastating 9-0 ruling against the state of Colorado’s efforts to keep President Trump off its 2024 Presidential primary election ballot.

Goodman further reports that the FBI found no evidence that President Trump nor his allies organized the Jan. 6 Capitol riot or engaged in any rebellion. He features clips from the court case, including Justice Samuel Alito’s disdain for the Colorado legal team and comments from the liberal judges, who he believes will side with the majority.

“Absolutely historic. We are all witnessing history. It will be one of the biggest slam dunks in history,” Goodman says. Here’s more.

Juan O. Savin: Brunson Case

Juan O. Savin tells Spaceshot that the ever-resilient Brunson case is tugging at yet another of its seemingly many lives.

In the latest development of the case, which has seen several denials by the Supreme Court, Savin says President Trump agreed to retruth a video produced by defendant Loy Brunson, asking Americans to send letters to the high court, enticing the justices to hear the case.

Savin digs deeper into the case and its history, including how the Democrats attempted to push Nancy Pelosi into the Oval Office, which would have led to legislation of term limits for SCOTUS justices, affecting Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

Scotus Leak Unmasks The Left

A draft decision from the U.S. Supreme Court was leaked late Monday, showing a majority of the nine justices may be ready to overturn Roe V Wade. The source of the SCOTUS leak remains unknown, but the fact it happened at all is demonstrable of ANARCHY, Glenn Beck explains.

The Quartering gives us a rundown on the suspected Supreme Court leaker Amit Jain, a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.  Jain  previously ran a massive venture capital firm in India called Sequoia Capital. Roe V. Wade Overturned?

The U.S. Supreme Court has voted to overturn Roe V Wade, ending guaranteed abortion rights, according to leaked documents released by Politico. The documents were said to have been drafted by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. More from Mr. Obvious.

(EDITOR’S NOTE: Sources are now claiming a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor leaked the documents. The clerk has been identified as Amit Jain, a Yale graduate and Indian national, who formerly was CEO of Sequoia Capital. He has previously been linked to Josh Gerstein, who wrote the Politico Roe v Wade article.)

If these leaked documents are authentic, this will be the first time such a disclosure has ever been made regarding a case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. Who made the leak? On Fox News, longtime legal advisor Alan Dershowitz speculated that a liberal law clerk most likely spilled the documents, hoping to generate a buzz against conservatives on the Supreme Court.

Court Denial Linked To Riots?

Did fear of riots lead the U.S. Supreme Court to deny the Texas lawsuit seeking to overturn Joe Biden’s supposed election as President? This is what Supreme Court sources are saying. The court discussed the Texas case in a closed room but the shouting grew so loud that bystanders outside the room could make out some of the points of argument.

Apparently, Justices Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas pushed for the case to be heard by the Supreme Court. But Chief Justice John Roberts berated them, citing a fear of riots if the Supreme Court acted to reverse the election. Here’s a summary of what was said, aired on C-Span, and now being distributed online by The Salty Cracker.

This comes as Georgia attorney Lin Wood has questioned whether John Roberts should remain Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Wood bases his objection to Roberts on evidence of a John Roberts on the fly logs to Jeffrey Epstein’s Little St. James Island in the Caribbean. We have seen those logs and can verify they exist. But we cannot say the John Roberts listed in the logs is the same one serving on the Supreme Court. This is a common name, as there’s even a John Roberts who works as a reporter for Fox News.

But we give you Lin Wood’s tweets, and we agree with him. The John Roberts , serving as Chief Justice, should resign immediately if, in fact, he went to Pedo Island. The Supreme Court is not the place for lawbreakers and especially not lawbreakers with such a scurvy habit as child raping, and its associate crimes of child trafficking and murder. If this is you, Justice Roberts, get off our Supreme Court right here and now! You’re unfit for this high duty. You are supremely caught!

Trump Re-election Seen Possible

Simon Parkes says American insiders are telling him the Trump re-election effort has turned a corner, and the “black hats” will soon be sent scurrying as it becomes clear President Donald Trump will return for a second term. Parkes, a British citizen,  cites unnamed sources, apparently within the U.S. military. He believes Trump will not only be re-elected but could win more than 300 electoral votes. The process, though, will not happen overnight, so folks will need to be patient and keep a positive outlook.

Supreme Court Justice Alito Makes BOMBSHELL Move Paving Way To TOSS Biden’s Electoral Votes In Pennsyvania. Alito amended his request for response from Pennsylvania state lawyers by one day pushing the deadline back before the safe harbor deadline. This means that Joe Biden’s electors could be disputed on December 8th and into the 9th by way of SCOTUS challenge and a lawsuit.

Democrats had argued that the previous deadline meant that the lawsuit challenging mail-in voting in Pennsylvania was moot.  Now, it may be exactly what Republicans and Trump need to reject the electoral college votes from Pennsylvania. Republicans are counting on Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Chief Justice Roberts to give Trump a major win changing the game entirely. Jennis Ellis, from President Donald Trump’s legal team, says it has been granted the go-head to conduct analysis of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines used in Antrim County, Mich. This was a county where some 6,000 Trump votes were erroneously shifted to Joe Biden. The analysis, it’s hoped, will show how this occurred and if a command had been entered into the machine to order the flip. It will probably be a day or two before we get results. Let Religious Freedom Ring

The United States Supreme Court fired a salvo for religious freedom and delivered a major blow to surly New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. SCOTUS on Thanksgiving Eve blocked Gov. Cuomo from reimposing strict attendance caps at worship services in areas hit hard by the novel coronavirus.

The decision, rendered near midnight, gave those who wish to gather and practice their religion during the pandemic a huge victory. The case reached the high court following a joint lawsuit filed by Christian and Jewish groups in New York City. It also hinted where recently confirmed Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett might stand on future cases. Barrett sided with the conservative branch of the court–Justices Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas. Meanwhile, despite being devout Roman Catholic, Chief Justice John Roberts, who was appointed to the court by President George W. Bush, again voted with the liberal wing. Here more from Fox News.
