Prosecutors Pushing Gag Orders

Fani Willis responded to the Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell video leaks by unveiling new requirements that defendants and their attorneys view future plea proffer-related discovery at her office under supervision. Who had something to gain in the leaking of the videos?

Jack Smith submitted his answer to former President Donald Trump’s gag order appeal that is currently pending with the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. In the opening pages, Smith claims Trump is essentially an insurrectionist even though he admits he was not charged accordingly under the law.

Trump Defense Slams Engoran

Former President Donald Trump’s defense is challenging Judge Arthur Engoran’s $10,000 sanction, arguing the President has Free Speech rights to make comments about the Judge’s clerk if he so chooses and promising to appeal. Elsewhere, Trump fumed on Truth Social following Michael Cohen’s crumbling testimony from the day prior.

Trump’s defense filed a Motion to Dismiss the January 6th case based on Selective and Vindictive prosecution brought by Joe Biden’s Department Of Justice. In a subsequent filing, Trump’s team also moved to strike the inflammatory statement from Jack Smith’s indictment.

Jamaal Bowman’s original statement about the Fire Alarm Insurrection does not match the newly released surveillance footage and Capitol Hill Police Report. Fortunately for Jamaal, he got the same sweetheart deal that Fani Willis gave to another group of alleged insurrectionists: Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis and Kenneth Chesebro, all got deferred adjudications / dismissals, just like Bowman. GOP Just As Guilty As Dems

Investigative journalist Laura Loomer tells “The Pete Santilli Show” that the Republican Party were just as guilty as the Democrats in stealing the 2020 election from Donald J. Trump.

More Cheating In Georgia

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has taken his litany of lies to “60 Minutes,” where he professed that the 2020 Presidential election was the best-run election in Georgia history. Hold your horses, says John Solomon of Just The News.

Solomon says he obtained all the documentation from Georgia’s risk-limiting audit last November, including data from Fulton County (Atlanta), which has the largest percentage of votes in the state by a mile. What they found was more deception and manipulation. “There were batches of ballots that were scanned multiple times, like two dozen times,” Solomon says.  He added that they discovered a sequence of votes, where five different batches each came out with the same exact total, one right after the other–a mathematical impossibility. Finally, there’s a huge gap in 150 blocs of absentee ballots that are logged in with a designated number, but on the actual log they don’t show being counted. The Tale Of Two Emails

Early last week, the White House emailed staffers instructions on how to clear out their offices in light of the fake Presidential election results. However, the following day they received another email to stand down, adding that urgent information would soon follow.

What did follow was a tweet from Trump Legal Team member Jenna Ellis that said the President will not be imposing martial law and redoing the entire election. “We have a a constitutional process for the Electoral College and remedies for corrupted elections,” she said. She further explained in another tweet that the Trump Administration’s hopes lie with state legislators, who do not need a court order to move forward, since they are specifically granted plenary authority by the Constitution. Trump Re-election Seen Possible

Simon Parkes says American insiders are telling him the Trump re-election effort has turned a corner, and the “black hats” will soon be sent scurrying as it becomes clear President Donald Trump will return for a second term. Parkes, a British citizen,  cites unnamed sources, apparently within the U.S. military. He believes Trump will not only be re-elected but could win more than 300 electoral votes. The process, though, will not happen overnight, so folks will need to be patient and keep a positive outlook.

Supreme Court Justice Alito Makes BOMBSHELL Move Paving Way To TOSS Biden’s Electoral Votes In Pennsyvania. Alito amended his request for response from Pennsylvania state lawyers by one day pushing the deadline back before the safe harbor deadline. This means that Joe Biden’s electors could be disputed on December 8th and into the 9th by way of SCOTUS challenge and a lawsuit.

Democrats had argued that the previous deadline meant that the lawsuit challenging mail-in voting in Pennsylvania was moot.  Now, it may be exactly what Republicans and Trump need to reject the electoral college votes from Pennsylvania. Republicans are counting on Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Chief Justice Roberts to give Trump a major win changing the game entirely. Jennis Ellis, from President Donald Trump’s legal team, says it has been granted the go-head to conduct analysis of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines used in Antrim County, Mich. This was a county where some 6,000 Trump votes were erroneously shifted to Joe Biden. The analysis, it’s hoped, will show how this occurred and if a command had been entered into the machine to order the flip. It will probably be a day or two before we get results. Big Shift In President’s Team

Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis Sunday issued a statement saying Sidney Powell isn’t part of President Donald Trump’s legal team, but instead representing the larger interests of the people. Of course, the Leftist press had a field day, trying to sow seeds of doubt and dissension surrounding the President. But there are certainly other possibilities. It’s more likely the President’s legal team needs to stay sharply focused as only a few weeks remain to contest the disputed election results. Meanwhile, the kind of corruption Sidney Powell is tackling might take many more weeks, if not months and years, to ferret out. Over time, we expect this will become more clear. In the meantime, we’ll wait to see what the next few weeks bring. More from The Salty Cracker.

Styxhexenhammer666 says the mainstream media might be caught up in this sizzle — like it was obsessed with Rudy Giuliani sweating and his hair dye leaking. But quite possibility, this is but a distraction from something more substantial yet to come. While the press and Leftists think they are “right,” they will be caught off-guard by what they don’t see or don’t expect. In the end, all depends on Scotus andwht the judges think of the thousands of affidavits.

Former CIA agent Robert David Steele isn’t impressed by this display of division on the part of the President’s team. Like us, he’s reserving some judgment awaiting full news, noting this could be a head fake. But the overall impression it leaves isn’t good. Steele takes some jabs at Giuliani and Ellis. We’ll have to see what shakes out.

Fraud On A Massive Scale

The mainstream media keeps singing “Kumbaya” because those Leftist outlets make no bones about supporting Joe Biden. But apparently, they don’t stand for the United States having a fair and honest election. Jenna Ellis, counsel for President Donald Trump, says as many as 2.7 million votes cast for President Donald Trump were erased or, worse, transferred to Biden.

She says the exact specifics of the fraud will become clear over the next several days as lawsuits are filed by Trump’s attorneys under Rudy Giuliani. Without divulging the details of these suits in advance, Ellis says many will involve the Dominion Voting Systems machines and software employed in some 38 states. Ellis made the charges in an appearance on Eric Metaxas’ Radio Show, out of New York. In his words, this is “rapidly becoming one of the greatest scandals in American history.”

Democrats accidentally admit they BROKE THE LAW in a group affidavit that shows Democrats claiming they were contacted by election officials BEFORE the election to fix rejected ballots. Meanwhile, a SECOND USPS WHISTLEBLOWER has come out through Project Veritas claiming that U.S. Postal Service stopped shipping Trump ballots and simply junked them.
