We now are learning more about Arctic Frost, the degree to which the Joe Biden administration spied upon Republican Senators. This espionage made Watergate look like kindergarten play.
Jack Smith, the former special prosecutor, worked through the FBI to spy directly on eight Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee: Sens. Chuck Grassley, Lindsey Graham, Tommy Tuberville, Bill Hagerty, Marsha Blackburn, Josh Hawley, Ron Johnson and Cynthia Lummis. There was also one Republican in the House subjected to this snooping — Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.
Of course, Biden was practically a braindead idiot, so it was his leftist underlings who did the lion’s share of the spying. Should Jack Smith be put on trial for his arrogant violation of American law? How do we identify, round up , indict and jail other colleagues who thought their policies mattered more than the rule of law?
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino briefed the impacted lawmakers on the scope of the probe on Monday, Fox News Digital reported. ‘It is a disgrace that I have to stand on Capitol Hill and reveal this — that the FBI was once weaponized to track the private communications of US lawmakers for political purposes,’ Bongino told the outlet. ‘That era is over.’
Now that the Democrats can’t spy, how do we clean up this mass, and ensure it doesn’t just become another R vs. D battle? What if rogue elements remain — say, within the FBI or CIA?
