The ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that its Nevada election interference case will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Sekulow said the case surrounds what ACLJ deems the Democrat Party’s unlawful removal of Green Party candidate Jill Stein from the November presidential election ballot. The action comes on the heels of ACLJ’s successful defense of President Trump’s ban from the Colorado primary election ballot.

On Monday, the preliminary report on the Arizona Presidential election 2020 forensic audit was delivered to the State Senate and will be released to the public after a thorough review. A portion of the preliminary report has been delayed after three officials contracted Covid-19.
Though Maricopa County officials are refusing to comply with several subpoenas, they recently provided Senate auditors images of mail-in ballot envelopes. The envelopes will be analyzed after reports that signature verification measures were decreased over time, until eventually, they were accepting ballots with no signatures. Maricopa County is still in defiance of the legal and enforceable subpoenas requesting access to routers, Splunk logs, key fobs and Dominion’s systems. The case for the prosecution in the kidnapping plot of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer appears to be getting uglier. Viva Frei’s David Freiheit says the FBI is up to absolutely no good–supreme nastiness, some might even say.
What appeared to be an underground militia plot to kidnap Whitmer shortly before last November’s Presidential election, turned into something more like the FBI actually instigating and setting up the scheme themselves. As the case progressed, it was divulged the FBI allegedly used up to 12 informants who were paid handsomely in their roles of uncovering the plot, although it later became clear they might have had a hand in setting it up.
