Trump Back On Colorado Ballot

Trump is back on the ballot in Colorado now that the state GOP filed their appeal and petition with the Supreme Court of the United States. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold says she will follow the Court order and stay the removal of Former President Donald Trump from the ballot until the Supreme Court rules otherwise. But another state — Maine — has moved to take Trump off its primary ballot, acting upon the chicanery of its Secretary of State Shenna Bellows.

Trump’s defense is demanding access to secret CIPA filings being submitted by Jack Smith’s team in the Florida documents case. Trump’s lawyers say the defense team needs to know the substance of these filings in order to prepare a proper defense prior to the trial date.

The Maine Secretary of State considering Trump’s ballot removal must be recused from the case, according to Trump’s defense team. In a new letter to SoS Sheena Bellows, Trump attorneys say her past tweets prove her bias and make her unqualified to render an opinion in this matter. Next: Trump Removal In Maine?

Trump filed his opening brief to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing Jack Smith’s prosecution should be completely dismissed based on Double Jeopardy and Presidential Immunity. Trump’s defense warns the Court that allowing the shattering of 234 years of precedent will lead to reverberations across American political life for generations.

Litigants in Maine are now using the Colorado decision to get Trump thrown off the ballot in their state as well. In a supplemental filing, the petitioners argue collateral estoppel/issue preclusion precedent prevents Trump from re-litigating the Colorado Supreme Court findings.

Trump slammed Jack Smith over the Christmas break, wishing him and his deranged thug prosecutors a VERY warm holiday. Meanwhile, the FBI is investigating swatting against the Colorado judges and Lisa Monaco warns of an “unprecedented rise” in threats against the U.S. Department Of Justice. How Tom Hanks Enters Picture

Did drought-like conditions spread the wildfires of Lahaina on Maui in Hawaii? Or were these deadly fires ignited by direct energy weapons or so-called DEWs?

And what is the likelihood that celebrities living on the island could be wanting to grab more of the highly coveted sacred space for their owns homes and retreats? None of the celebrity mansions were touched whatsoever by the fires. These includes homes owned by Tom Hanks and Oprah Winfrey — homes with blue roofs. It appears that everything blue — from cars to parasols — was spared, which has spurred greater talk that the catastrophe involved the use of DEWs.
