Philadelphia: Disappearing Act
Why has President Donald Trump based his Golden Dome project at the site of the U.S. Naval Shipyards in Philadelphia? Does the project mirror in any way the scientific work behind the Philadelphia Experiment, which occurred at these same shipyards in the 1940s?
That experiment involved making a U.S. destroyer escort, the Eldridge, disappear and resurface in a feat of paranormal legerdemain. In fact, nothing was publicly said about the work for more than a decade until a book eventually appeared in 1955 by Morris K. Jessup called The Case For The UFO: Unidentified Flying Objects.
Here, the Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt details connections linking the two projects. And he’s joined by Joseph Farrell, a dedicated researcher who has written one of the few books about the Philadelphia Experiment.
They touch upon the science, but also the extensive secrecy, much of which still shrouds this work more than 70 years later. In addition, they delve into Project Rainbow, another top-secret venture involved in trying to shrink the radar tracking of Y2 flights over the Soviet Union.
